Mic no longer works and sound is only coming from the right headphone. I've been contacting best buy with promise that I'll hear back from the manufacturer but nothing... Save your money and purchase from a reliable headset company instead.

If you want a headache from the pinch these do to your head. Buy them. Returned next day. Sound is ok. But over all. Not good. PRO X Gaming Logitech is mile better.

Worked good while it lasted but something went wrong with the mic boom after a few weeks and others could not hear me clearly and they heard a lot of static from the mic whether I was on the computer or the console. It seems like the Fnatic customer service was having a very difficult time understanding the problem. And they bounced us between Fnatic and Bestbuy customer service for a while. Just buy a better brand by paying a little more.
