Great for fortnite, kids love using it and much quicker than wireless controller

Wish the keys were more clicky and the lighting makes the keys a bit blurry. All and all an OK keyboard, but as my first mech keyboard I was expected something more.

This is an outstanding keyboard. The top surface is a sturdy aluminum, the keys are clicky but not loud and it's obvious it'll take a pounding without breaking a sweat. Key lighting is good and bright. There are a bunch of cool animated modes, and even just static lighting looks nice. On the back is a magnetic Fnatic plate that's held on by magnets. According to their website you will eventually be able to order custom nameplates. Also included in the box is a nice wrist rest and a box with a manual and Fnatic stickers. Even though the main audience for this keyboard is gamers, I got it mostly for general work and typing since I like mechanical keyboards. This one is suited for both tasks, It also appears to use standard keycaps, so they can be replaced with custom caps. My only complaint is that the the volume key seems like it's a much lower quality than the rest of the keyboard, and the USB cable is needlessly thick and extremely stiff. If you're into cable management it may present an issue.

The Fnatic streak is an excellent keyboard with RGB effects with some minor caveats. First, It looks great and the lights are bright. There is plenty of customization in the software for the RGB settings to really customize the look to your preference. Cool options like rain and ripple effects give it a nice vibe. The construction of the keyboard is solid. The topmost plate is metal which is rare in keyboards as most are plastic eveywhere, no matter the price point. The keystrikes are as good as you would expect from a keyboard with Cherry MX Red mechanical switches. There's a USB connection at the top of the keyboard for you to plug in your mouse or whatever else, which is a nice addition. Better yet, this is a passthrough USB port rather than the keyboard acting like a hub, so there is no reduction in power should you use it to charge your phone. This does mean that the cord from the keyboard is a little thicker than average as it has 2 USB connectors (one for the keyboard itself and the second for the passthrough). This keyboard does not have much in the way of the extra features you'll find in a lot of keyboards, no screens, no profiles, etc. which at its price point isnt too surprising, but the standouts in this price range do have some of those. All in all it's a great option for a gaming keyboard, it's thin, light and built well. I'd have no issues recommending it to anyone.

For those who want an easy simple review I give you this... I cant think of one thing I dont like about this keyboard. For the touch and feel side of this keyboard it's an easy recommendation. Quality or solid build mixed in with sturdy connectors and extra attachments to make sure you have a comfortable typing experience. On top of all that you add the RGB experience which is customizable and originally I thought it would be a gimmick. Though the wave option I choose for my typing is just satisfying. Would I recommend this keyboard.... Yes as this brand gives you that quality experience with everything.

The Fnatic - Streak Wired Gaming Mechanical Cherry Red MX RGB Switch Keyboard with RGB Back Lighting - Black is a good mechanical keyboard that is solidly built, has good resistance and spacing, is light weighted, and easy to clean. The adjustable LED lighting is useful and illuminates the keys very well. The keys are soft and offer good comfort for someone typing for a long period of time. Also the LEDs are bright enough to be visible during daylight. The attachable hand rest to place my wrist on is extremely flimsy and it doesn't clip on securely all the time. It has the tendency to come off with small movements. The Fnatic - Streak Wired Gaming Mechanical Cherry Red MX RGB Switch Keyboard with RGB Back Lighting - Black responsiveness is near perfect and better than some keyboards that are much more expensive.

Well, I had high hopes for this, my first new RGB and mechanical keys - keyboard. Not a good purchase - #7 key on the number pad failed 7 months out. As well, the software has never been released to version 1 - functionality is very limited. In the end, not having much fun here. (No, no spills.)

This item was defective (repeating keys) after 3 months of daily use. Fnatic customer support requires you to go through BestBuy and BestBuy requires you to go through Fnatic. It's not worth the hassle. I would recommend a different brand.

Are you interested in a solid keyboard that is exceptionally "clicky" (very akin to PS/2 keyboards from yester-year)? This is it. Not only does it play well with Windows, but the Fnatic RGB Switch keyboard won't slow you down. Typing is quite precise, and having dual USB split-cord allows you to hook up keyboard-only to USB, as well as a separate USB pass-through for other dedicated peripherals (that port is to the rear of the keyboard, allowing space-saving and out-of-the-way physical configurations). The backlight to the keyboard is great; light "seeps through" not just the bottoms of the keys, but also through the top character cut-out of each. Build quality is top-notch -- the entire encasement is anodized aluminum, and it comes with both a sturdy plastic palm rest and a metal riser that extends to the length of the keyboard in the front of it. This will replace my current keyboard -- it's one that definitely beats other highly-competent keyboard manufacturers out there!

Mechanical Keyboards are “must have” for gaming, and more often these days a nice addition to replace the cheapo membrane keyboards that so many settle for – without ever having tried the mechanical advantage. For the Fnatic keyboard, it’s hard to go wrong with the Cherry Red switches, which have a good ‘bump’ to them without a lot of clicky noise. These keys have a good feel and don’t have the mushy bottom-out finish of other mechanical keys. USB pass-through is nice to have, and seems to be a feature left out of many top-name gaming keyboards currently on the market. RGB lighting is bright and can be customized in many ways from simple to fancy using the Fnatic software (download once you get the keyboard attached). Adding a Fnatic illuminated mouse to the mix adds to the light and color for a very nice overall effect. All in all, you really need to go and put your hands on a few different keyboards on display to see what feel and sound work best for your particular tastes.
