The product was not working. I have to wait for three weeks for the item just to receive a defective one.

So my wife seemed quite satisfied by this product. She appreciated that it does not come with a chunky handle and fits in her hands. She mentioned that her skin felt smooth and silky after the first use and did not feel stretchy and dry like it usually does after a normal face wash. She did not feel the need to use any moisturizer after the Luna treatment. The scrubbing motion was so gentle that she felt comfortable letting our kids use it briefly. Mommy and girls spa date was fun! It can be a quick self-care tool at the end of a busy day even when you are traveling. The pale hue is very relaxing to the eye (her words). She used the tube of cleansing cream that came with the product. However, she thinks that she would like to use something more minty next time for a more cool soothing spa. She felt curious about the right strokes for maximum effects and looked up online videos. A booklet that provides some visual guidance on correct stroke styles for a relaxing spa or an energizing spa etc. might be helpful. The battery cannot be changed and that's a bummer and the users manual written in ultra-fineprints directs to online resources and is not intuitive enough. . While my wife appreciated the clean minimalist approach of packaging, I would have liked to see a more informative product manual. Very satisfied with the quality of product and would definitely recommend it to my girl friends (her words-- not mine..lol).

I was, and still am, a bit skeptical about the overall usefulness of this product. It's really kind of hard to tell if it is doing anything more than my normal face cleaning routine without a scrubbing device. The only difference I have felt was that my skin was a slight bit tighter and smoother after cleaning. But that could be because I am letting the cleanser sit on my face a lot longer. You don't realize how long 1 minute actually is until you count it out, and I really wasn't leaving my cleanser on my face anywhere near that long before. So maybe it's that, or maybe this little scrubber actually is doing something. Most likely a combination of the two. Surprisingly, this little guy is not rechargeable, and there is no user-replaceable battery. That really threw me for a loop. So once this thing dies, that's it, you have to buy a new one. Now, it says that it should last up to 600 uses, which is close to 2 years if you use it everyday. So the question then becomes, first of all, will it really last that long? Let's assume it does. How will it hold up over that time? Maybe it would be time to replace it anyway. So I guess I'm torn over the whole thing. I still just would prefer the option to change the battery myself. Last, I'll mention the vibration. It really is quite weak. Again, just hard to tell if it actually adds anything to the experience. I would've preferred a bit stronger vibration. Nothing too crazy, just a bit more to make it actually feel like it's having some affect on my skin. The way it is now, it's almost as if I could use it with vibration on or off and it wouldn't really make much of a difference. Overall, I just am not convinced that this is actually doing anything that a much cheaper alternative could do just as well.

I really have nothing but good things to say about this face cleanser. It works perfectly and that’s the bottom line. I’ve been using it for several days now with the foreo micro foam and can really feel the difference in my face. Its dead simple and you feel the results. What more can you ask for. The Luna is covered entirely in a very soft silicone with small bristles that do a great job working in your face cleanser. All you do is turn it on and let it work the cleanser into your face. The vibration isn’t overly powerful so it is comfortable to use through your whole face routine. I really love this product there really isn’t anything bad to say about it. If you’re looking for a face cleanser that feels great and is easy to use, this is a great choice.

The Luna offers a relaxing pulsating face massage, and with the silicone design it was very gentle on my skin. The Foreo Micro Foam Cleanser foamed up nicely, with small beads, and did a nice job of lightly exfoliating my skin. Afterwards my face felt smoother and moisturized. Like a mini spa treatment! I also used my own face wash, a milder soap, without exfoliation, and Luna did a great job of cleansing my face.

I was a little skeptical to use the Foreo Luna Play Plus 2 as it seems geared towards women, I am male, but after a week of using it twice a day to clean my face and neck, I am impressed. The silicon fingers do a great job of gently scrubbing your face and neck removing any grease and grim. My face feels a little softer after using even for a short time. Using the Luna PP2 is easy; wet your face, add facial soap to your face or directly on the device, turn on the power and gently scrub your face. The only complaint/concern I have with the Luna Play Plus 2 is that there is no rechargeable battery or a way to replace the batteries. Once the battery dies, you have to throw away the device. Not good for your pocketbook or the environment. Foreo claims you can get 600 uses from the device so at about twice a day use, you will get just short of a year before you have to toss it in the trash. I would recommend getting a similar device with the ability to recharge for laster longevity. Overall, the Foreo Luna Play Plus 2 is a great facial cleansing device, even for men. Just be prepared to have to buy another one 600 uses later.

The Foreo Luna play plus 2 in Minty Cool color is a nice little face scrubber that is not harsh on your skin. I received this for my wife to try and get her feedback on how well it works. For her, she stated the product feels nice and is soft and does not irritate her skin while using it. It makes the included facial soap sudd very well and spreads it evenly. The biggest thing she liked is her daily personal preference of facial scrub sudds up 5 times the amount over using her little facial sponge. She also brought up the top of the unit has thicker bristles to scrub in spots by your nose and behind your ears so mush easier and just plain better. She also stated the vibration tickles her face and is pleasant, it is not overbearing at all and very enjoyable. She also found it works great to clean around her private area. She was not being funny about this and said seriously it works great after using Nair or shaving down there she can use her special soap and not irritate her skin while cleaning up after her clean up is the best way she could put it. The charge seems to last a while, we have been using is daily as I use it for my face, yes, I don't care about her privates touching my face, and we have not charged it yet in the week of using it. The Luna cleans very easy before storing it and dries with a towel easy. Love the silicone!! Fist of all this is a very small, cute and soft brush. This can be use on any type of skin. It definitely gets your face clean and its able to reach all areas on your face. Its convenient to take anywhere for its small size. It only comes with one massaging speed, but for me its strong enough to remove all dirt from face. This facial cleansing brush is a great addition to my night facial routine.

Lasted less than 1 month. It stopped working and it can’t be fixed.

This item cleans well, offers a STRONG battery and long-lasting charge (I can use this for weeks before requiring a new charge. Its small and easy to store, without making it difficult to use/hold. Traveling with this is easy with the included carry case, so it can easily be added to a travel bag. Its a simple product that works well.

Review of Foreo Luna Play Plus 2 Minty Green I really like this product. It is very gentle on my skin, and does a great job of removing dirt, oil, and makeup residue. My skin feels smoother and looks brighter after each use. I love the size of it, its lightweight, and small enough to fit in my hand. That makes it easy to pack and bring with for vacations! I also love that there is no brush head that needs to be replaced. And you get to choose from 3 fun colors- I chose the Minty Green, and it is fun and adorable! The packaging was small, and easy to open as well. Overall, this is a great product, and I will continue to use it for the long term.

The Foreo facial massaging tool with cleanser is a 5/5 Star product. Cleanser is light, no fragrance, lathers very well, spreads evenly, requires a small amount for usage, rinses completely off with no residual feeling. Massaging tool is compact, easy to hold and grip is great to apply product and lather cleanser. Does not have an overly loud sound, nor have an annoying vibration. The massaging sensation is light and refreshing with a spa like feeling. After product has been rinsed off my skin felt incredibly soft and clean. I did notice previous areas with sebum no longer appear on my nose and cheeks. I would recommend buying this product and cleanser.

I should say upfront that I received the FOREO - LUNA play plus 2 for the purposes of proving an honest and unbiased review. However, I can openly admit that I am not the target audience for this item. So, to help me with my review, I let my wife test out the LUNA play plus 2 for a week and the short of it is she really likes it. I can attest that her skin has looked better over the last few days. In her words "she has had fewer skin blemishes and her skin feels much softer." She was pointing out a known problem area on her face that has really looked better over the last week. Compared to some products she was using before, she hasn't noticed her skin drying out. She looks forward to using the LUNA every evening. It fits well in her hand. She has no problem gripping it. It's small enough that she can easily include it in travel luggage. I should point out that the LUNA isn't chargeable. It may be possible to remove and replace the internal battery, but FOREO apparently didn't design this model with battery replacement in mind as the access is covered with a label. On the original battery, LUNA estimates up to 600 uses. Still, my wife has enjoyed this enough that, when the LUNA does die sometime in the far off future, she will treat it like the family hamster and quickly purchase another one. I should note that for my review model, FOREO also included a small sample of the FOREO Micro - Foam Cleanser. I'm not sure which my wife likes more, the cleanser or the LUNA. I'm also not entirely sure which product is delivering the best results. All I know is that my wife now wants both of them. They say a good product is something you didn't know you needed, but once you experience it, you can't live without it. My wife is really enjoying the LUNA. She has greatly enjoyed it and for that reason we are giving it a 5/5.

Overall the Luna Play Plus 2 is a great product. It works well and has a comfortable design. It does a nice job of cleaning your skin in a relaxing manor. Seriously, the massaging effect will put you to sleep :-) So as far as usage goes, it's an awesome product and cleans you skin well. You will feel the difference. The one con I have is that it has a built in non-rechargeable battery. Now keep in mind they claim you will get around 600 uses out of it (depending on how long you use it each time) which is a ton. Only longterm use will show if the estimated time is true. I would think based on these numbers it's safe to say you can expect a couple of years worth of use. Overall, not bad. But I think the upgraded version (more expensive) that can be recharged might be a better option. But, I can see this being perfect for travel or if you only use it a couple of times a week. In either of those cases, it should last for years.

I picked this up for my wife, having tried the FOREO LUNA for men and generally liking it. I was a bit disappointed with this one compared to the one I used. For starters, it comes with a battery built in, but it’s not rechargeable like the FOREO LUNA for man. It’s just your basic, silicon scrubber that has the vibration option. My wife’s used it for a few weeks and she said it does make her skin feel softer, but she’s not inclined to use it any more than her traditional, non-powered face scrubber that she picked up from a beauty store she likes. If you’re looking for something that can keep your face clean, with a nice vibration feature then you might be the perfect customer for this - my wife likes it, but I think there could’ve been more product / value for the price.

Included- Luna Play Plus 2, plastic case, Micro Foam cleanser The Luna Play Plus 2 comes in a plastic case that I kept because it fits in there perfectly and it protects it. The case is great for storage and travel. The scrubber features a soft ultra-hygienic silicone and upgraded motor. The T-sonic pulsations lift away dirt and oil. Compared to a similar product that uses nylon bristles, the Luna Play Plus has a 2 zone brush head which has 35x more touch points. Since it is waterproof, you can use it in the bath or shower too. I really like the Micro Foam cleanser that was included. At first, I was unsure because it was somewhat hard and thick but once you add a little water and scrub with, it becomes really foamy and bubbly. The Luna Play Play Plus 2 is easy to use. Just dampen your skin, apply the cleanser to the device or directly to your face. Wet the device. Move the device in a circular motion around your face. Rinse and pat dry. The scrubber is super soft and feels nice on my skin when using it. Size wise, it's the tiniest bit too small for my hand though. I would love if it they offered a couple different sizes for people in the future. But it's good and scrubs your face very thoroughly. Overall, I really liked it.

This is a pretty amazing product. I used this with the micro foam cleanser that came with it and my face felt extremely clean. This replaces a manual silicone brush that I used. The big difference is the firmess of the bristles and it vibrates. It says this is good for 600 uses, I'm not going to keep count, but I hope this lasts for a year.

I feel like my face is cleaner than with just a washcloth or microfiber. My pores seem cleaner and fewer blackheads. Not all are gone but I definitely have fewer than before. I love the texture! It's a great little tool! Not sure how long the batteries will last.
