My husband loves it. We had a Kitchenaid with so many buttons, electronics. But this one is so simple. We wanted something basic no WiFi just a stove with oven. And we got it. This Forno brand is what we wanted. Looks like a commercial range but fancy. Love it

Love my new oven! I'm new to gas so I've learned a few things. I was worried about the gas oven after reading reviews. Don't slam the door shut or you might put out the flame, once I figured that out I had no issues. My oven holds accurate temps just fine and everything cooks beautifully. I love having instant heat and cleaning and maintenance is easy. The best thing is the customer service! My son smashed the front of the oven and shattered the glass on accident with a toy just two months after purchasing. I was devastated! I emailed customer service and told them what happened. I was fully prepared to expect a huge expense and months of waiting for a replacement "due to covid". To my surprise they got back to me immediately and they offered to send me a brand new door but the handle would be different. I was more than happy with their offer!! Less than 1 week later and I have a brand new door! I can't say they will do the same for everyone but the quality of the oven and the customer service makes me feel confident about purchasing future Forno appliances!

The range itself is fantastic! Having 5 burners is great and the oven cooks quickly and evenly. Unfortunately ours was damaged upon delivery- we opened the box to find a huge dent in the side. Best Buy did make an effort to make this right, so that is appreciated. Unfortunately, after the range was installed and after we had already spoken/remedied the side dent issue, we noticed a manufacturing defect. It appears whoever screwed in an interior panel, slipped with the drill and dinged the front under the manufacturer sticker. It isn’t noticeable unless you are in asking up the 3 stairs from our sunken living room (see pics) After spending so much on an appliance, this is disappointing. I have not spoken to Best Buy about this defect yet, but it is on my never ending list of things to do this week.

There is safe, then there’s this thing. This appliance is the helicopter parent of gas ranges. The ignition system on this appliance is absolutely convoluted. There is absolutely no way this thing works as intended. Once you have followed the instructions to the letter for the 37th time it might stay lit. Should luck smile briefly upon you do not open the door until the desired temperature is reached, please, for the love of all that is holy keep the door closed. Now, when it’s time to open the door do it slowly. Same for closing. Keep it open extra too don’t close it too soon. Too fast, too soon the flame will go out and you’re starting all over again. If you never have to bake or broil something, yes, this is a nice shiny thing in the kitchen that’ll turn heads. But that’s it. If you love cooking, keep shopping. This thing is nothing but heartbreak.

The stove stop is fantastic with the five burners and the simmer burner. The issues as everyone stated is the oven. When you get it to light it works fine until it reaches temp. Once it reaches temp the flame will go out sometimes. The second thing i notice i have a termometer in the oven to compare to the built in one on the oven. The oven tends to run 10-20 hotter then what you have it on. Once you know that it isnt hard to get the right temp. But the flame issue is annoying for sure.

Best Buy has no service if you need something for your Forno appliance. The range is very nice looking, The oven temp is way off and trying to reach Forno is very difficult as no-one ever answers the phone or email. So beware!!!

We were so thrilled to find the perfect range, but it didn't last. The 1st delivery went fine but i noticed the temp of the oven already read 100°f, which seemed strange. We installed the LP kit , which was a piece of cake. That was where our range became just a pain. If i set the oven temp to 350°f and it continued going up to 475° and ended up cracking my new baking dish. I called Best Buy to replace it. After 2 canceled deliver date, we finally had the replacement which we immediately refused. The temp on the oven was at 100°f. The delivery truck that showed with the second oven was covered in vulgar graffiti, which was completely wrong. I gave up and ordered a range from a different company. The way the knobs are set up on the front of the oven are really hard to see if you are taller then 4ft.

Gorgeous, excellent build quality…but the oven has trouble staying lit. After lighting the oven, you must set it to 250, knowing it will go out in a few mins. After lighting it the second time, wait for it to reach 250 then you can put it higher. Shame that this is such an issue because the rest of the range is AMAZING. Gorgeous, well built, great burners. Shame about the oven bc I can’t recommend it.

Top burners work well. Oven cuts off while baking. Awaiting exchange next week. If new oven cuts off while baking will return it and get another brand.

It’s a good product, the best thin in this equipment is that it doesn’t have no electronic board that can be damage in a power failure.

Horrible. The oven has a mind of its own. Set it to 350 and it stays there for 20 minutes and shuts off OR it goes to 400 and stays there, even if I try to readjust it. I would never recommend this stove. Very disappointed because I really like the stove top but its totally unrelisble for baking.

Love the look of this stove, but the oven turns itself off without warning so you have to check to make sure the pilot is still on. Also the thermometer always states the oven is at 100 degrees even if the oven is not in use.
