This is a Bestbuy corporation issue that confirms that corporate cares nothing about their customers. I paid for a Vbucks card which I have done before since digital cards have been provided and its always worked in my grandsons country of Trinidad and Tobago. BUT this time the redeem process was blocked by Bestbuy security system and the excuses for the problem escalated very quickly abd still can't get resolved since December 18th 2024. If the link provided can't wirkin the region that the customer intended the purchase ti be used then return my money or just sebd rhe customer the correct link so that both parties involved can have the satisfaction of the transaction resolved and everyone can have a merry christmas. I can only keep posting negative reviews until a corporate head realizes that this is easily fixable and a customer dies not need all of this stress during the holiday season!
