Not a good daily watch

Won’t connect

I took it back to Best Buy and they were great in ordering me another one. But the second watch was almost the same. It connected to my phone the initial time but not since. I contacted Fossil for support, the first time they responded after 6 days, the second time after I explained that I had the exact same issue they have yet to respond and it has been almost 2 week. I love the look of the watch but it is a disappointment as far as from functionality, not worth the smartwatch price just for a digital watch.
