My husband absolutely loves his Fossil smartwatch. He loves that it's Wear OS, and all the features having a Google smartwatch brings. He has had some issues with the messaging functions, but has sorted them out recently. I am very happy he is happy, and want one myself.

This watch has all the features you can ask for minus battery life. Wear os needs to study garmin watches and figure out how they can get their hardware to have battery life like they do. I used this for gym and never got to try running with it. The day I tried, it died before 1pm from a full charge at 7am. Maybe it was running a bunch of back ground apps but I don't have the time to fool with all of that to figure it out. Plus google play for uploading your own music is straight gar-bahze. But that's google not the watch. Great looks, faster than my moto 360 sport. Might work for u if u can get the battery working right for u.i returned mine.

The watch is sleek and simple and has great resolution for a small screen. But it can lag a little. And the controls take some time to get used to. And the fact that the buttons get pressed when I move my wrist up is a little annoying. With a normal watch that would be fine. But when that button gets hit regularly doing simple common tasks which wastes uncessary battery and causes the phone to unwanted tasks at time. It would be fine for a normal watch. But this isn't a normal watch (put the buttons on the other side next time please). Other than the message function is cool and the heart rate monitor is fairly accurate so that's definitely a plus.

Of all the Android Wear watches, I think the Fossil versions are the best for being stylish without being ostentatious. They're subtle, and unless someone looks, they don't automatically scream 'smartwatch!' like Apple watches do. They work wonderfully with up-to-date versions of Android devices, but though I hear they're supposed to have iOS support, I hear mixed things (at best) about the performance. Still, if you're an Android user, this is a great choice for a modern generation smartwatch.

Watch stopped functioning properly after 1 year of use. I have to constantly restart the watch in order for it to sync with my phone, count my steps and monitor my heart rate. Extremely annoying when I am ready to workout and realize it’s time for ANOTHER reboot. Will return for a different brand.

Does what it needs to do, just lacks the smoothness and responsiveness of other brands (galaxy, apple).

Decent smart watch and works great with my Android. There is a small lag between the watch and phone after the first couple weeks

I've had this smartwatch for a month now and have enjoyed it. It was very easy to set up and it performs very well. It links up perfectly with my Google Pixel 3 XL phone and had not let me down. The Google Play Store has a wide variety of faceplate options for changing the look and feel of the smartwatch. If you want to protect your screen I would suggest getting a screen protector, preferably a tempered glass screen protector.

Very nice looking and does everything perfectly as described. Reason for 4 stars is the battery life is just ok under normal use...

Lasted 7 months, Back came off when I took it off charger, glued it back on, but will no longer charge. Bought 4 straps which are now worthless. $380 down the drain, if you include the straps. Wont buy again.

Really good smartwatch for the price. A speaker would have been nice, butbyou get what you pay for.

It took me a few days to commit to purchasing. So far no regrets, although I wish it had the new Snapdragon processor. I typically use Suunto brand watches, so this is a good first step and change into the realm of smartwatches. Lots of apps that support Wear OS, which I like. Never thought I would ever purchase a smartwatch, but I am glad I went with the Fossil brand. I've already changed the face several times to fit my mood. Pretty awesome!

Love the watch but the auto connection between my watch and my One Plus 6T is shaky.

Stylish, easy to use, all the apps you need simply put this is a great watch and it should be for the price. As with all these watches set-up can be a bit tedious at times, but once you figure it out your gold. I love that the heartrate feature actually works. Great watch face options on the app as well. I would highly recommend this watch.

I love the look and feel of this watch but the battery is horrible. I can barely make it a full day with most of the bells and whistles turned off. I will like it well enough to give the Gen 5 a try in the future but I'm considering returning this one.

Like the look and feel of the watch and the features. But atleast once a day becomes very laggy. And the battery is barely making it to 10 hours. My other watch ZTE Quartz LTE last a day and half with LTE on.. Otherwise like wearing and the luxury look of it.
