Occasionally freezes up but overall a very nice watch. Definitely good for the price. Like how compatible it is with iPhone.

I loved the watch but the battery life was lackluster for my long days. I also wish the charging was nfc.

Maybe the best formall/ entry level luxury smart watch. Charging is easy and hassle free. Looks nice and feels solid. only two minor things are the links supplied are huge and you will need to get some removed I had 3 removed. Second is battery life is 1 day only.

Good weight. Not to large at all. Battery last all day for me. At 15 hours, its around 10%. Have had it for about a month now and I have had multiple people ask if it was a smart watch. It truly looks like a regular dress watch until you start using its features.

Beautiful and well crafted watch, just what I expected from Fossil. Then I started using the 'smart' features. Android Wear is good, has a ton of potential but it's slow and often crashes. I dont recommend any Android watch except Samsung, but only if you have a Samsung phone.

With the Google wear market getting slimmer each year this watch is pretty much the only recent notable addition. Personally the silver is a little showy but a black edition is now available. The watchs center button is starting to stick after a year of use I highly recommend the replacement plan seeing as having it attached to your arm puts it in harm's way quite frequently.

This one looks like a regular watch and that's a good thing! Round just like a watch is supposed to be and not too bulky. As for performance, it's pretty good, better than my previous LG Watch Sport.

I ha a Gen 2 Fossil and I rely liked it's durability and features, so I upgraded to the Fossil Gen 4. The extra side buttons add a nice quick option for top used apps. I use one to open my garage door which comes in handy. It doesn't have the speaker like the Gen 2, but I never really used it anyway. I link my BT earbuds straight to my watch. There are literally 1000s of watch faces to download and use, so I have one watch that can match any occasion. You do need to let it go through 3 or 4 charging cycles before it seems to last an entire day, after that I am getting around 14 hours, which is my full day and I place it on the charger overnight.

We've liked Fossil smart watches and this one is no different. Hopefully the next iteration will have the latest Snapdragon processor so it doesn't need a charge every day.

I'd wanted a smart watch for a while, but I had a hard time finding one that had the look I wanted. We were in the Best Buy store picking up a different smart watch for my wife, and our salesman had this Fossil Gen 4 Explorist on, and when I saw it I knew it was exactly what I wanted. It looks very classy, and had all the functions I wanted in a smart watch. It paired perfectly with my Google Pixel 2, and the operating system for it is Google based so it worked out perfectly.
