One time the back came off. I sent it to be repaired and it was returned perfectly. It worked for awhile, then it does. I think the battery died. Trying to send it back. Lastly, I had trouble syncing it. I had to do that a lot.

Does not stay connected to my iPhone

So it’s great as a watch and it tracks my steps well but it does not do anything else. Unfortunately it is being returned.

So we replaced it with a Samsung watch Gen3 and it seems like the build quality is better.
