Wear OS is dead in my eye. Fossil is trying it's best to keep it going, but when Google doesn't care anymore then why bother? It has sleep tracking, but my watch is at 20% by the time it go to bed. I wrote about this on Twitter and Wear OS's response was to turn off features I didn't need. Well, I bought this watch because I kinda needed those features.

This smartwatch is awesome. I've only had it for 2 days now and it has by far exceeded my expectations. It is really fast. Battery life is perfect for my life style. I can't find a fault in this watch. It is perfect in my opinion. If you are debating on this watch and the ticwatch pro, definitely go with this one. The ticwatch is slow, buggy and laggy. I had it for a week and it was miserable. The fossil gen 5 watch might be extra money but it is more then worth it. The Apple watch finally has a worthy competitor. Very well done fossil! You did a fantastic job with this watch. Keep up the amazing work!!

At first I had some concerns about the battery life from reading reviews. But after completing all the major updates I can say the watch lasts me 2 days on a full charge even with some battery straining settings turned on. Overall love the look of the dark leather band and the black bezel. Great job fossil!

I like the design, color and size but it’s need to improve some apps to use much better this watch. Ex. Music, exercise, etc.

The Fossil Get 5 smart watch is easy to use, the battery lasts all day and the internal speaker makes answering calls on the device very convenient. This is my fifth smartwatch from different manufacturers and until now its the best, very responsive, great apps and its very confortable to wear all day.

I have been patiently waiting for a Google pixel watch. I have decided this is as close as it's getting. I am totally ok with that, this watch does everything a smart watch should do. It tracks heart rate, exercise, has a speaker, is fully customizable, completely integrated with my pixel and even looks nice. I replaced a Huawei 2 classic with this watch and it is about the same minus the GPS. But on a plus side it has a remote shutter for your camera which is pretty cool. So aside from the lacking GPS feature built in it's a keeper.

    Decent Buy if On Sale

Not a bad watch. Not a great watch, either. My biggest issue so far is battery life. On Daily Use mode, it lasts about 12hrs or so. On Extended Use mode, which I use regularly, it lasts almost 48hrs. The Wear OS pedometer is pretty good, but doesn't seem to work very well while on a treadmill. If I didn't buy this while On Sale, I'd exchange it for a Samsung Galaxy watch.

Still waiting for Google to decide if they are actually gonna get serious with wear os. Definitely wouldn't get ANY wear os watch with less than 1GB memory. I had an older Tic Watch Pro with 500mb and that was a very unpleasant experience. This fossil is much smoother. My only gripe is getting the watchband property fit. I got a kit on Amazon to fit it myself. I see a few people seeing their backs fall off after months of use, I got the replacement geek squad plan for peace of mind vs this.

This is an amazing watch including the OS but the battery sucks. It does last all day but at the end of day you have to charge. There are options out there that would provide multiple of charge. Overall it's a solid watch if your not concerned with battery hold charge.

This is a great smartwatch and the best you can get for Wear OS. NFC, Speaker, fitness tracking, heart rate sensor and OLED display. It's fast and smooth. Best of all it looks and feels like a normal watch. Highly recommend.

My Gen 5 Smartwatch has been exactly what I was looking for. I don't use this for Health purposes. I use this as a notification extension for my cellphone. Everything is on vibrate and the watch silently lets me know about my messages. it's great. I like the style and it is somewhat easy to change out the straps. Google Assistant is really helpful for timers and reminders. Though, at the beginning, the battery was not all that great. (It would only last a day). After a few updates, the battery usage has almost extended twice as long. I don't even think about it. My only wish is for the fonts to be even bigger. I'm not young and need to use reading glasses. However, when I am active, I am not using readers. If the font was bigger, perhaps something extreme thru accessibility, that would be AWESOME! Regardless, I truly appreciate this watch.

These are the best Android watches you can get right now. That's sad, because Qualcomm is holding the platform back and Google is not pushing them. I always get a solid day of battery life out of mine. It is responsive and works better than the watches with less RAM. This is my fourth Android Wear device and the best one. If only it had a more efficient chip so it could go two days or provide more interesting interactive features, it would be five star.

Nice watch light years better than fossil gen 4, battery and response to touch and using apps have been greatly improved with newer SD 3100 processor. I've been getting a full day of use before I need to charge. Nice job Fossil but there's still room for improvement, watch faces on play store are abundant but often require some kind of purchase to unlock the better options, understandable but the given Wear OS faces are not very helpful to my needs so you decide.

The fossil gen5 watch is a beautiful piece of technology. Having said that, here are the pros and cons of this device according to me: Pros: Sleek & beautiful design Wear OS has a range of advantages even when compared to its competitors Smooth operation Cons: Slightly overpriced as compared to its counterparts I had this watch on a discount, otherwise, for the regular price of this watch, I would rather go for other smartwatches.
