Was so pleased that this charger was sold at best buy. The original one was misplaced so haven't been able to charge it.. now it can enjoy wearing the watch...

Tried using an aftermarket charger as a second charger for on the go; it wasn't able to wake my Fossil Gen 5 from a dead battery. Highly recommend buying another original charger if you want one for on the go.

While this charger does have a magnet to correctly align it with the watch, it's not a true inductive charger. There are two spring loaded metal contacts on the circle that physically touch two metal rings on the back of the watch. I know that over time these springs will lose their elasticity and permanently deform just enough to the point where the contacts no longer touch the back of the watch enough to charge correctly. You've also got to be sure you're wiping away any dirt or grime from the back of the watch face from your wrist so to avoid developing an oxide layer on the electrical charge rings that would also prevent proper charging. The cable is also a bit expensive because it's a proprietary shape for attaching to the back of a specific brand of watches. The Fossil Gen 5 comes with this USB charger, I wanted a 2nd charger to leave in the car.

I had one already for charging at home. I purchased another for work as I sometimes forget to recharge at home. Works great. It also fits on iHome iPhone watch cradle, just a piece of double-sided tape to keep the puck in place.

I was so glad to get a new charger. I thought my fossil watch was broken for good. It cost me 20 bucks for the new charger and is given my watch the life I thought was over

The charger works great, don't order online and have it shipped it your home- took over a week and a half to recieve the item. Ended up going in store to purchase one, recieved the ordered charger 2 days later.

I wanted to get a backup for my car. While I like the watch it needs to be recharged often So I always top it off when driving

They work great with my watch and now I have ones ro leave at work and bring everywhere with me so I am never without and can charge

Yeah plug was a great deal charging my watch super fast and this the only store I could find where charger was sold separately

Bought as a spare charger to keep my watch charged on the go. works just as well as the charger that came with the watch.

it's a charger and it works for the devices specified. not much more to say. i bought to keep one in my travel bag.

It works. If you have a fossil gen 4 or 5 smart watch, you will need if if, like me, you find your current cable decides to up and kick the bucket.
