This is a good watch, it does exactly what it's supposed to do. The only drawback is the fact bad there is no backlight. The other thing is it does lose connectivity once in a while. The concept here is a great concept, the watch is a beautiful watch.

    Great hybrid Notifier

I bought this watch reluctantly on a Cyber Monday sale. All the reviews had negative remarks on connectivity and vibration strength. Although I have had some connectivity issues, I have found that if I keep the Fossil Q app open on my iOS device, that the watch stays pair the whole day. The vibration is on the weak side (even on the strongest setting) but I still felt it. This a GREAT looking watch and I get tons of compliments on it, even before people know it has notification abilities. The leather band is interchangeable and is of premium quality - and it is so comfortable to wear. For $60 (cyber Monday) I'm very happy with the purchase If you don't want to spend an arm and a leg and want a great looking starter wearable, this is it. If you're looking for more digital features, look elsewhere!

I bought this during a sale so I didn't have much time to look into it. I've wanted a smart watch for a long time and thought this was it. It looked nice but it wasn't what I expected. Not a true smart watch, just keeps track of your steps.

Classy looking watch. Does what you would ask for in an analog. A little lighter than I expected but considering the price I paid, well worth it.

This is a really nice watch with activity tracking features. The watch looks pretty good especially the dial. The leather strap could be better. I got this for cheap as a deal. So for that price it's a really nice watch.

This watch isn't the full blown smart watch like most. Remember that. I like the purchase for the price I got it at. Wouldn't pay the original price for it but getting it for $60 I'm happy. Returned first one as was defected. Never synced to phone. But replacement synced up and have not had any issues with the watch in the 2 months been using. Just nice to have classic watch feel with quick notifications on what my phone might be doing.

Purchased watch for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. Very Classy. Not a touch screen smart watch but does offer activity tracking and allows you to set up different colors for people so when they text or call you can tell who it is by the color.

I'm a big fan of Fossil. So seeing this on sale I wanted to get it. It works as described the only issue I had is that if you don't use it a lot it doesn't always want to connect. I did have to repair it once. I do like that the analog piece has a separate battery than the pedometer piece and that works like a charm.

The watch does everything a watch should do. In addition, it reads your steps and vibrates when you receive a text or a call. It's a good watch overall just needs a software improvement where sleeping pattern and alarm is added.

A great looking watch that has both form and function. Most smartwatches look great, but sacrifice much of the beauty of the watch face for the functions of technology. This is not the case with the FossilQ watch. It has both all wrapped up nicely in a very appealing package.

Lets be honest, the watch went on sale, I bought it. Afterall, who doesn't love a Fossil watch?! It is a classic face, so I did not expect to have a lot of function compared to my touchscreen smartwatches. It is a beautiful device, but for me, was nothing more than a glorified activity tracker. Although I paid a great price for it, I ultimately returned it. I would recommend this to someone that wants a discreet activity tracker.

Watch is classy and looks good with business attire. It feels great on my wrist and I actually forget it is there. However, I am giving this 3 stars at the moment since it no longer Syncs with my iPhone. It synced fine for about 4-5 days and then when I recharged the watch it not longer syncs to my phone. Also, had issues with the notification alerts. Will update this review after product issue is resolved.

Good looking watch but only measures steps

This a good lookin watch but it's not really a "smart" watch it measures your steps and that's it. It's also heavy which isn't a bad thing. It has wireless charging as another "smart" feature and came with a wireless charger. It's not the hybrid watch I was expecting but I like the build quality and don't mind it for the price I paid. It's a decent watch overall.

I all ready knew when I purchased this watch that it had problem connecting to android but I figure I have apple and plus 100$ is a pretty good price for a fossil. So it had the same problem with Apple. It will connect when it wants to but most often not. The Bluetooth drains your battery as well. But the watch looks amazing so can't complain on that front.

I have the 1st gen Apple Watch and wanted a watch with a more traditional look for different occasions. It's solid, but has connection issues at times. It only tracks steps and has basic notification type alerts. It's a step tracker in a traditional watch body. For the price, it's a solid buy.
