Apple Fitness is a great way to get motivated and stay in shape. It’s easy to do the workouts when they’re on your wrist

Love using apple fitness. It allows me to stay active during the pandemic and not have to be bunched up with other people.

Apple fitness has good workout sessions, a bit expensive though on stand alone subscription.
