    I found an offer for 4 month free trial of Apple News+ on your site and it shows I ordered it but I never got an email on how to redeem. SO it's not Apple News I'm reviewing it's Best Buy's online site that if there is a real customer service category to click, I sure haven't found it. I've spent 20 minutes clicking on anything that might be of help to no avail and your chat service is absolutely useless.

    Nope, if you are a returning subscriber, it will NOT accept the code. Don't even try! It's a super pain and will aggravate you and give you grief. Best Buy tells you to call Apple and Apple tells you to call Best Buy.
