How does one activate this service - missing email

Best Buy showed I will receive an email for a week. Even after two plus weeks still no email on instructions to use this service. Now Best Buy account tells me instructions were emailed. Really?? I didn’t receive any email. I don’t see how to request another email. Does anyone??? Best Buy - please email me to settle this or cancel my credit card order. Not happy!!

Couldn't get it to work

Bought a second product with the same deal and couldn't get it to work or even load the webpage. Too bad because I was really interested inn trying this service out.
