I take advantage of every opportunity to get this for free. :) However, I also do find it's worth the $10 a month it actually costs. I also like that I can share it with "family" members.

I am giving it three stars because the process to redeem the code is REALLY clunky and slow. It doesn't necessarily work the first few times you try it. I finally called Best Buy support and while on the line with them, my code was finally redeemed. This was after more than five minutes of my phone sitting with the spinning wheel showing on the screen. I know I will enjoy the expanded news coverage, but it shouldn't be this difficult to achieve.

Up to date info on current events! I always know what’s going on in the world and wishing my community. I highly recommend this! And if you don’t like it, you can always cancel it which is great!!

Given that it's a free trial, I would say definitely get it while Best Buy is still giving them out. Unlocks a lot of Apple News+ articles. But definitely not for me, as I don't read a lot of news these days.

News+ is very handy for not only magazines but also some articles behind the paywall. Remember to turn off auto download otherwise the magazines will take a lot of space on your device.

Apple News is a quality subscription that allows users to view news that is personalized to their interests. The user interface is intuitive and the service is quality. I would reccomend Apple News.

Just an over all good barging deal when you think about it. I bought a Mac book air with the M1 Chip and I think to add along some handy and essential tools and news+ to toss in as a bonus just blows me away!

Got this for the Newsstand. It has a great selection of magazines. The app will notify you if there is a new issue of your favorite magazine. I am now more current on my home theater news than ever!

I'm somewhat of a news geek, and having this as a news aggregator was very useful for receiving news from various sources with paywalls removed.

Wait for your current subscription to end if you have one and it may work. Have had apple news on and off for years and as soon as mine expired this worked for 5 more months.

Great to use as trial, not perfect service. There are still paid services available for premium magazines and newspapers, but AI new selection is great. No more googling need to search new articles

Really helpful to have all of these primary sources to consider. More information than you can digest in any day so use the channels feature to select what you care about.

This is really a no-brainer for a free 6 month trial and a great perk from Best Buy. You can cancel right away and continue to use the service until it expires.
