Purchase and installation of our refrigerator went very well and we are happy with our purchase so far. This model is quite a bit more noisy than our old refrigerator. We do love the ice maker that works great to date.

My house is big and I could not get a strong signal to all parts of it. We have 5 TV's throughout the house, plus a smart TV, 2 laptops, 2 tablets and cell phones. I listened to my advisor and now everyone is happy. We can now use them all over the house and outside near the pool with no drop in signal strength.

Josh was amazing to work with. He helped me design a system for my basement theater room as well as my family room. We’ve implemented the basement first and everyone loves the new audio. Game changer. Josh was super passionate on building a quality system. Highly recommend this service.

The consultation was excellent. Mr. Loki was prompt, courteous, and highly informative. The installation which isn't independent of the consultation, not so much. The consultant makes assurances that the installation department doesn't seem to prioritize. A date for installation, for example, was ignored -- and we were not notified.

I was looking for some details information and advice regarding home theater setup, surround sound, and home networking. The in-home expert was awesome, very knowledgeable and gave us great information. We highly recommend.

Did a full review on several different topics from TVs to Smart Home accessories to installation. Bought a 55 inch OLED, a second smaller TV and your installation service as a result with more items to be added later. He was extremely knowledgeable and the whole discussion was not only informative but fun as well.

I asked for a in home consultation and was informed Andrew would be the one to assist. He was very helpful and very polite. He then further assisted me by helping in the store to select the better suited products for me. I never felt obligated to purchase any products and was given great service.
