I have considered acquiring the Apple software and hardware for some time but was concerned I wouldn’t be able to make the transition from my Microsoft laptop. The in-home consultation eliminated my buyers remorse and I was quite impressed with the thoroughness and knowledge of my home consultant Yune.

Mr. Baker was professional and friendly and made sure our purchased appliances would fit into our kitchen. He was very good about letting me know when deliveries would occur. He is a valuable part of Best Buy's system.

We needed help with an upgrade to our home wifi network. I use over 30 wifi devices and stream movies frequently. Our consultant worked with me to determine what system was best for us. The system is now installed and working very well.

I have worked with Best Buy's home consolation services previously but they have always been able to get into our home to meet with us. However during COVID-19 that just was not possible. They took time to work me over email and over the phone to meet our needs. Even in unusual times they are still the best!

We needed help with problem technology in our home. We also needed a touch screen laptop and new larger tv for my son’s room.

The projection screen recommended by my Magnolia agent worked out perfectly. It enhanced my picture with deeper blacks and better contrast. No regrets with the screen. My only disappointment was that it took nearly 6 weeks to get it installed after order placed, although I was promised 2-3 weeks.

David was prompt and had great suggestions. After my order had been placed and delivery scheduled Bear Buy had to cancel all delivery and installations and switch to curbside pickup or curbside drop off only. David made this transition smooth. Despite the restrictions I was still able to get everything I needed.

Brianna helped coordinate the delivery of our appliances after there was a huge computer glitch due to our local store closing. She was extremely helpful and even checked in with me after the delivery to make sure everything went well. I can not say enough about how helpful she was.

We ordered multiple TVs and needed them delivered. The guys always call when they are on the way and are always on time. We don't need help with the set-up but they always offer to help.

Nelson I believe has to be one of the best person to contact for consultation. He is soft spoken and answers your every queries very nicely, like his own. Thank you Nelson for all the help.

Tyler was really great in putting together a list of appliances that met all my functional and aesthetic needs. He was also always responsive when I have questions, and continues to be responsive when I have follow-up questions. I look forward to being able to continue to work with him on future home improvement needs!

Both of my consultants were extremely knowledgeable and brought up things I hadn't even thought of yet. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and I can't believe this service is free. I have paid a lot of money for consultations that did not deliver one tenth of the information
