We bought a home with existing in ceiling speakers and home theatre wiring throughout a few rooms. Omar suggested in the simplest form how to make everything work tailored to our needs. His knowledge and his professionalism have sold us, and we will be purchasing equipment from Best Buy to make it all function.

The geek squad was extremely helpful with figuring out what my house needed to coordinate a sonos system with our already installed speakers. Then the 2 guys who came to actually set it up were wonderfully helpful in doing so, and then teaching me how to use it! They didn’t make me feel stupid. I always appreciate that with tech stuff (not my forte).

The expert thst came out was friendly, respectful and kind. He explain things where we were able to understand. He was very polite and took the patience and time with us.

We had our refrigerator go out right before Christmas. We called Ben and he came over within an hour. Measured, showed us our options on his computer and helped us choose one. We had a new fridge in week. He helped us out quickly and efficiently!

The security system consultant did a thorough inspection of the outside of my house to determine the number of cameras I would need for surveillance. He described differences in several systems as well as battery powered versus solar powered cameras. He answered all my questions in depth. The experience was helpful in determining the security system I need.

We had an inhome tv installation. Our Best Buy representatives, Brandon Broadway and Tyler were very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. They were professional and courteous. It was a good experience, and we certainly appreciated everything they did. Highly recommend them.

They assisted me in ordering a refrigerator. It ill not be arriving until October. I feel that I should get this survey AFTER my order has been delivered and finalized. The staff at the Watertown store and the staff that called me were very professional and helpful.

I have been looking to upgrade tv’s in quite some time but didn’t know exactly where to start & what was better for what I was looking for. I was advised that certain tvs despite the price didn’t have the resolution that I was looking for. I was guided to the tv that I wanted & I was very satisfied.

Eddie took me through the lighting and acoustics of my room and made recommendations based on several factors. He offered choices in all price ranges. He was very thorough and took time to answer all of my questions. Would not consider a purchase without this service. Awesome Eddie and awesome Bestbuy!!! Thanks

Keith Harvey, our home entertainment designer, has always responded promptly to any issues. We purchased and had installed a top of the line system three years ago and Keith has made sure everything runs smoothly. He has been GREAT.

My In-Home consultant put together a great TV and sound package. I am happy with all of my purchases as well as the follow-up she has provided. The Samsung 4K TV was a wonderful upgrade and the Yamaha receiver and Bowers and Wilkins speakers all seamlessly fit with my existing surround sound speakers already in place.

Bear is the best! He has helped us with so many different things in our house. From projectors to microwaves - he has been knowledgeable and quick in ordering and making sure we are happy with what we got.

The techs showed up when they said and installed my speakers in a little over an hour. When they were done, they gave me a preview of how it sounds (wonderful), left me with all the instructions, and even removed the boxes the speakers came in.

Honestly, my consultant was pretty awesome helping me with purchasing TV’s and scheduling installation. He was extremely kind, respectful and knowledgeable. I gave four stars only because the wrong tv mount was ordered. He graciously corrected the error and was excellent.
