Sonos completed our room! We have a 800 sq. ft. room with a 75” Sony 4K TV that was lacking the adequate sound quality. We had a Best Buy specialist, Jessica, come to our home. She recommended this sound system with the Play 3 rear speakers. After purchasing the system, Chris, Geek Squad, did a great job installing and giving us a tutorial. Love it!!!

Mario is an excellent guide on Big Screen TVs and sound bars. Installation was perfect! Great follow through from Mario to make sure all is well.

Alise is great---she is the shining light in what otherwise is a pretty dim experience dealing with your revolving door of installers, delays and inept people answering phones in your call center. She went above and beyond to hep me EVEN on her off time.

Replaced all my kitchen appliances. The expert was a huge help in not only measurements but also listening and selecting product on my wish list. Did an excellent job explaining each product in detail and how it would fit. I would 100% recommend doing the Home Service option!

This Arlo Pro 2 Camera System was spot on easy to install even for a guy like me who lacks the Computer Technical skills. Once it linked to my Orbi Router it was as easy as 1-2-3. I added 8 cameras to the base station in minutes. I'm extremely Happy with it so far. If the battery life is as long as advertised I'll consider this as a Grand Slam.

Needed help understanding Home Surround Sound systems and speaker placements. Luis Delgado was very professional and answered all my questions. He has a very nice personality and easy to talk to.

Our in home consultation which was for our church and resulted in the purchase of an Epson Cinema 1060 projector and new screen. They are a vast improvement over the old equipment. Jessie was prompt, thorough and very courteous. He explained everything we needed to know to make a decision and offered choices for us to make the purchase decision.

Our consultant really took the tome to listen to my wife's concerns about how large the television should be. He worked with us to determine the best size and which TV had the features we wanted and would use.. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is unsure about a major purchase.

James was great going around measuring areas for us looking at measurements of products to see what the best fit would be. Never knew Best Buy had this available until I was in the store talking about going home to measure different areas and coming back when the Best Buy staff said that you have in home consultants which was so great .

Kirri was my tech rep. She did an excellent job of explaining the issues that were occurring in my home with insufficient internet/WiFi service. She provided me information for the appropriate equipment to receive the service I needed to be functional. I highly recommend this service provided by Best Buy and Kirri’s professionalism and expertise!

We were very pleased with our In-Home Consultant, Matt. He did a great job of assisting with our needs for electronics, security, TV's, and Internet services. I would highly recommend the Best Buy In-Home Consulting services (especially Matt) to anyone that has a project that requires developing and/or expanding their audio visual systems.

Brinton was very helpful. He came to our house and measured for new wall ovens and helped us figure the best approach to match our other appliances as well. He was very knowledgeable about different brands and options for the best value and aesthetics.

Every in home service provider has been great. They know what they are doing and go out of their way to solve the problems but also make sure we are pleased with their wrk.

I needed some home theater ideas for my man cave. The expert made very good suggestions that fit within my budget. The installation was great and was scheduled at a time that was convenient for me. I have a direct number to call if I ever have any questions or problems with my equipment.
