I had bought a house that was wired for in home speaker system but at my consultation he stated there isn’t a way to know where the wires end up. He suggested getting a wireless system instead which would likely be cheaper and more usable with current technology. He showed me different products he would recommend.

The expert help that I received from Tiffany on a new KitchenAid suite was so valuable. Especially when we ran into a delay, she kept me apprised of the situation and offered another model with the same main features to keep us on track.

I wanted to keep my current speakers. He suggested a receiver and additional speakers to supplement my current sound system and purchased to best work in my home. I don’t know how the final system will sound, but I am confident in his recommendations. I look forward to the Geek Squad setting up my equipment.

Our living room has a lot of natural light. We wanted to make sure we got a TV that would work well with our situation. Deron went over some options and we made a decision that we are satisfied with.

Christopher was great. He followed all of the health precautions and was able to provide suggestions to install an internet mesh system. He walked the perimeter and showed exactly where to place the devices. I followed his advice and I am now able to use internet anywhere on my 1/4 acre property.

Brian was very professional & pleasant. He did an initial assessment & changed some settings to diagnose the problem. He explained what he thought was the problem & came back to check to see if that fixed the problem. Brian’s initial assessment was correct & needed to replace the board.

This installation team was outstanding, but getting to that point was the challenge. Delivery dates were set incorrectly at first and then kept being canceled and changed, some without any notification. It took a total of 6 calls, online chats and visits to Best Buy to get the delivery information corrected. The delivery team and the instore consultant that helped us select our appliance were great. They are the only reason I gave it 3 stars and not lower. The people and process in between had me ready to cancel the order and go somewhere else. At one point my installation was rescheduled to be 4 days before my appliances were being delivered. The fridge delivery was canceled 3 times and would not allow me to schedule it online. I had to sit on hold to talk to customer service, only to have it canceled in 1-3 days. Finally I emailed the instore consultant and she was able to get it corrected.

Had the best experience with the In Home Consultation!! Just tell them what you want & where & they give you the best ideas & service. I told them I wanted my 60’ TV installed on the wall & they suggested the best height & where it would be viewed the best!! Awesome program & I highly recommend it!! Totally satisfied & will use their services again!!!!!!

In home consultation advisor from best buy did a great job to understand our style, technology proficiency and needs before suggesting various options. There was no sales pitch or mandatory purchase requirement which impressed me even more.
