I went into store to demo outdoor tereo systems. Was informed they bad nothing like that on display. Was informed about a in home consultation which I determined would work out well. The consultation went well and ended up purchasing a sonance outdoor system of which I am extremely satisified.

Jorge was very knowledgable and helpful. He looked very carefully to see if the counterspace would accept the new thermador cooktop we wanted to purchase to replace the old model.He will have to remove a portion of the counter to fit the new cooktop.

They did a beautiful job installing our tv & surround system. I asked how I should power my floor standing speakers and Dan & Jonathan recommended the Sonos Amp. They’re coming back to set that up! To me the geek squad is Best Buy’s secret weapon. I recommend them for any service they offer.

Kirk was amazing. The first group didn’t show up. Kirk came out quickly. Explained everything and was very friendly. Pleasant experience. I am hoping I can request him in future. Also the Best Buy customer service person did a great follow up job when I complained about the no show. And of course Christian is the best

The printer is exactly as advertised and unfortunately I did not read it closely enough. It turns out that it does not meet my needs as I would like to have one that prints photos and other odd sized paper. I will go out to the local store and buy one after I have laid my hands on it.

Was building new home and advisor came out during construction to help layout home theater and WiFi. Also went over home security. He emailed me a quote for everything, also set up an appointment to go go over all equipment in the store so we could see and hear it all. One of the best moves i made while building my home.

Ambrose was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We had him come out to our house to guide us in the purchase of the right mesh network, television, and sound system. It is a high dollar purchase and we are novices so we think he gave us the help we needed.

Excellent. Airad Chambers listened to our needs, discussed possible solutions and gave us good advise. Followed up and even came to our home to place the order. Kept us up to date through the whole process. Went beyond his duty to help us.

I purchased a new Lg 50 inch tv. They took the old tv and set up the new one. They had to come back the next week to put a pedestal on the tv so it fit the tv stand. They were excellent and showed me how the tv worked

It was a bit of nightmare to set up the in-home consultation, I waited a while, then it was hard to get someone at the store to enter the order, go back and pay for it, etc. etc. They also came out and estimated we would need 12' HDMI cables but in the end we needed 24' cables. So last minute run back to the store on installation day. It's a lot cheaper than other installation options, but it's a lot of work and hassle to save the money!

Shane was very knowledgeable and helped my husband and I pick out the right soundbar and sub for our living room upgrade! Highly recommend working with Shane for all your home entertainment needs!

I was very impressed with the consultation for a new computer and printer. We discussed my needs and how best to meet them without spending more than necessary. Andrew was professional, easy to talk with and he listened to what I wanted/needed.

Best thing I bought in years movies look amazing and games all my family and friends love it never see anything like it before that blows unm every time they see a movie great job to team at bestbuy and geek squad for putting everything together

Consultant reviewed our old sound system and recommended an upgraded replacement. One problem was that he did not consider the compatibility of our Spectrum equipment with the recommended new Sonos sound equipment. Unfortunately, it was not and we had to replace our Spectrum equipment with newer versions. Once all those problems were solved, the new sound system sounds great.

Robert and his team were the ultimate professionals! Starting with Robert taking time help my wife and I determine what was the best fit at our home. Culminating with the install team communicating and executing an OUTSTANDING service! Thank you!
