We needed help with a home tv system, mesh internet system, and ring door. The consultant was very helpful with ensure it that the components we wanted fit our needs. Geek squad installers were professional, efficient, and terrific at helping us to understand how everything worked.

The customer service from the beginning, coming out and getting advice and assistance and selecting what I needed, to the actual experience of them installing it was overall very good! I have since called a couple times about how to do things and on the spot I got information that I needed. Overall, as it’s been a very good experience!

Geek squad representative Jim was very patient and kind and easy to understand as he helped me to set up my computer. I believe there is nothing more important in helpfulness then making sure that what is being described is presented clearly.I was happy and pleased with his help.

I had the best installers they were polite, on time, very nice and neat,cleaned up all the trash after they were done and ask me if everything was ok with the install.

Very glad I did this before purchasing a refrigerator for my house. The tech that came to my house was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on which refrigerators would fit not only in the spot where I wanted to put it but also took measurements of my front door and stairs to ensure that it would fit. When the refrigerator was delivered, it fit.

We were uncertain that our home theatre was programmed correctly. We replaced our older subwoofer and cleared out excess cable and connections, installed a state of the art surge protector (also for our refrigerators), and were reinstructed how to optimize our audio visual gear. Job well done.

Consultant was extremely knowledgeable about products and open to suggestions when price was too high. Certainly worth having an expert discuss all options in order to get the best install. Two visits made, second with a colleague who added expert opinion and install expert. Now very much looking forward to Installation. Excellent overall.

We were looking at replacing our 65” Samsung tv. Went in the store to narrow down the choices. Advisor answered all our questions and gave us all the information to help decide. Went in to just look but ended up buying.

Helpful and resourceful. The problem is with the website. I was disconnected with Chat on more than one occasion and a times could not type during the chat.

I have a surround sound system in my house that was there when I bought it. I needed help to get it working. The consultant helped me understand what I needed.

We needed help determining the proper desktop computer for our needs and we had personalized assistance from Kyle Morris and another young man whose name I do not remember. We always feel more confident in our technical choices with the help of a Best Buy Geek!

Bryan, never made us feel rushed & very patiently answered all of our questions to make sure the wall oven and the combination microwave-convection oven would not only fit in our home but also fit all our needs! It was outstanding experience overall!

We had a misunderstanding regarding the phone we purchased and our phone service provider. Thus, the 1st phone was not working properly. We returned to BestBuy, the same agent again helped us, and CORRECTED OUR ISSUES!!! All's working fine, and VERY HAPPY w/the new Samsung phone.

Eu-John came to our home couple of times to take measurements of space requirements . He also offered excellent suggestion on sales and timing of purchases. He also followed up actual delivery dates once they are confirmed. All in all, we are very happy with his assistance and suggestions.
