Our In-Home Consultant made these decisions so easy to arrive at. His knowledge of the appliances and his ability to see and measure our spaces allowed him to pare down our options to a manageable few. We even knew in advance, how much we needed to trim off an Over-fridge cabinet Before the Refrigerator arrived.

Randy Hively is AMAZING to work with. He never pressures me in any way and is extremely knowledgeable about all the TV’s sold at Best Buy. Randy does everything to make sure his clients are happy and very satisfied.

Luke was terrific. Super helpful in figuring out my wifi issues. He's knowledgeable and was able to easily explain his solution in non "techy" language :-)

We needed help with a slow internet connection, having a multiple level house made it difficult for myself to get the right equipment, until Shawn showed up, he recommended a system that is working AWESOMELY GREAT, so far , lol. Thank you Shawn.

I’ve been more than satisfied with Best Buy’s customer service. My advisor was kind and patient and made sure he was always accessible. I bought my fridge, washer/dryer, and TV mount all from here. Highly recommend shopping for your home appliances from Best Buy - great quality, great service.

Sat with rep named Dale on 11/18 to update my order by adding an appliance and deleteting unneeded items. Rep handled all my questions and completed the transactions in a very reasoanable time without any issues.

I needed help with an indoor TV Antenna. I had an old one that wasn’t working well, and the tech recommended a newer and better one. I wasn’t expecting to buy anything that day, but I am glad that I did, because the new one dies work better! He was very knowledgeable and professional.

This is a wonderful service that Best Buy provides. I had a general idea about what I wanted but was overwhelmed in the store. My consultant, Shawn, was able to see the spaces I had and provide recommendations for what would work best in those spaces as well as work with the old, existing systems. Would definitely recommend!

We had talked about replacing and updating our kitchen and our consultant followed up with a sale notice. We looked at several options online and then scheduled to meet at the store to see and feel the selected items. We determined what would fit best in our home, color and options then completed our purchase.

It's great to have experts setting up the new TV equipment and moving the old TV to the bedroom. Clean-up was great, too. Our 2nd call for help, oddly enough, resolved itself by the time the "Squad" member got here. It's comforting to know that help is always a phone call away.
