We needed help with our TV because we needed a sound bar, but there was no room for it. Destinee showed us how to purchase a swivel stand for our TV that would allow room for a sound bar. We also joined Geek Squad.

This is a great service that Best Buy offers! We were looking for new TV, but with all the technology, did not know what would fit our needs. Dave came to our house, asked questions, assessed our house setup, current (outdated) router, etc and gave us options for us to choose. the setup was installed yesterday - great service that you provide!!!

Our built-in refrigerator was broken and could not be repaired. We called Norma and she walked us through all of our options. In a world where supply chain issues are at another level, Norma found a perfect match for us.

We needed to set up an outdoor AV experience, we originally worked with Best Buy to set up our entertainment system throughout the house. The first experience was great so we opted to do so again. The second time much like the first didn’t disappoint. That said, the installers did an amazing job. Amazing team, so attentive, helpful and provided great advice.
