Overall, I think my experience was good. I have a newly build home prewired for 7.1 in ceiling speakers. The technician from Geek Squad had to come out twice only because he wasn't sure as to where the wiring were placed in the ceiling. I had to contact the builders to get a special magnet to locate where the wires were placed. Unfortunately, I could not get this magnet until the following week, but once I received it, the Geek Squad technician came out the same day and installed the speakers in no time. He showed me step by step installing the speakers and how he setup up my hometheater system reveiver. I can't believe how awesome the speakers sound and what a big difference it makes when watching movies. I don't see the need to ever go out of my house to see a movie again.

The consultation we received was equivalent to the information we received from Seuss Electronics. We were impressed!
