The Geek Squad agent seemed thorough in inspecting my home entertainment setup, and made recommendations for updating and solving problems as I had requested. He said he would email me notes and product recommendations. It's been 2 weeks and I have not heard from him, despite leaving 2 messages at the cell phone number he provided. I hope you can help with getting this update completed, whether through this agent or someone else. I have not been able to get a response using the web site chat or posted phone number, so am responding to an email to review my encounter as a last resort.
