Our consultation was excellent to the point we purchased a new Samsung TV, a voice bar and an outdoor/indoor speaker system. We are extremely pleased with these purchases and the quality of performance they give us. Joe Mitchell and his partner Dominic gave us the information we needed with the utmost professionalism.

Coordination before installation was horrible. We got many many conflicting calls regarding the appointment. In the end "Rich" from the Geek Squad was very dependable. Justin did a good job of putting things togetehr.

The Geek Squad came to my home a few days before Christmas to install a new TV in an existing home entertainment shelve system. They had to go to Lowes to buy lumber to install the TV bracket on inside the existing shelves. They made everything fit and the TV installation looks custom. i'd recommend the Geek Squad out of Springfield, MO to anyone!

Nathan Schafer came out and provided expert guidance and professional advice on my desired media requests. It was well worth the money, he advised me and recommended me in accordance with my wishes and didn't push me beyond anything that I didn't want. I would definitely recommend this in-home consultation for many of my friends and family.

My in home consultation was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this if you are unsure of what size or kind of tv to get to best suit your room. I was given ideas for best overall viewing. He took the time to explain and answer all my questions on each component recommended and then emailed a proposal to review before my purchase.

What an awesome service that you provide. If your not sure what type of equipment to get, how it will work in your home or what your options are for your home theater set up, this service is the way to go. Technician will come to your home and explain to you your options and suggest what you need. Awesome service!!!

My advisor did a terrific job of identifying the right equipment for my needs and space. He worked to make sure I understood his recommendations and options on either side of my price points. If you are planning to do an advanced audio/ video setup, the money spent is well worth it and comes off the installation fee so it's a winner

The sales person came to our house to view what we needed to create a theatre in our basement. He gave me an estimate and we decided on the needs verses the wants. another gentleman came to install the theeatre. He was very professional and thorough. We couldn't be happier with the professional installation. Great Job.

Both of the technicians that installed my TV system were exceptional. they were prompt with appointment time, very professional and their work performed was great. Both were extremely versed with this product and took us through the installation step by step as we felt like we were as comfortable as they were on the system we purchased.

The in-home consultation is a brand marketing strategy for Best Buy and the value is inherent. The guys are incredibly knowledgeable and professional and literally guide you to the correct set up for your personal needs. I can say I'm not sure I would have purchased the correct items without their technical advice

The Geek Squad showed up on time, disconnected and hauled away our old rear projection TV and installed our new TV efficiently, alerted us as to a problem with our cable box which necessitated a house call by Comcast. Our new TV is now working perfectly; the picture is amazing. The salesperson and manager dealt with all of our concerns.

Wasn't sure about doing the consultation but thought why not - it's refundable if you buy. What a great decision. So glad we did it. Presentation was excellent and the technician was honest and highly knowledgeable. As a result we ended up with a better system at a lower priced that was tapered to our needs. Highly recommend.

The Geek was very prompt in arriving and was very informative and patient in answering questions. Only disappointment was being informed thatBestBuydoes NOT install antenna in their setup.

My consultant was amazing. He offered several suggestions and alternate configurations to fit my budget. If you are buying from Best Buy, it's totally worth it to have the consultation first. It won't cost you anything and may open your eyes to other options.

I just moved and had a hard time conceptualizing how to use my current equipment in the new house. Brad came to the house and came up with a plan that used most of my equipment. He was also familiar with new devices that really enhanced what we had. He was very helpful and quickly understood my preferences and priorities.

I am most please with the Best Buy review and installation process. Each step has been handled in a most professional and amiable manner. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to set up our theater room just he way we wanted it. They even sent Will Smith along (what can you say about that!)
