The person who came to the house was very knowledgeable and he was also very pleasant and personable. He came up with an excellent plan with several different options which made the process of purchasing the TV and components a breeze!

David Horinka cane to our home and spent many hours customizing a sound system that was based on our needs. We finalized everything at the store with he and Michael Lefever. They were so patient and thorough with us. We never felt rushed and they answered all our answers and concerns. We then placed the order!

I picked up a tv stand and assembled it at my home. the geek squad is coming here saturday to install my new 65" sony 4k and surround system with sonos and separate speaker for other room.

Russell, my last agent, was very knowledgeable about recmending products and services, as was my previous agent, Ryan. Both were courteous, prompt and did an excellent job. Russell and I ran into a little snafu during the installation. He stuck with it to work the glitch out. I definitely will use the services again and again.

The In Home Consultation that Best Buy offers is a great service. Seth Draeger is awesome to work with. He makes suggestions for you based on what you are trying to achieve. He answers your questions and gives you information about things you didn't even know you needed to consider. I would definitely use this service again.

The in home consultation by Raul was excellent. The first attempt at in home installation was poor and the lack of follow up a concern. Then the completed installation this morning by Jessee was outstanding.

The TV is in just the right height for the seating and have used it for regular cable programming Netflix and hulu plus the picture quality is great especially in 4K programming which I get mainly with Netflix and hulu. I made a good selection with this TV

The two Geeks, Art and Mike, were very courteous & knowledgeable and excellent at what they do. They installed a 75" Samsung w/Receiver, Blu-ray and IR Universal Remote in my custom cabinetry. Very happy with the product, installation and the Geeks. Also wall mounted 55" Samsung in MBR; looks great!

An In-home Consultation for a home theater system had been suggested by a Best Buy store salesman, and we decided to try it. I am glad we did. The person scheduled an appointment, arrived exactly on time, and provided great advice. The expert advice saved me a lot of unnecessary research and fretting.

The new components for the existing surround sound system are working beautifully. We are enjoying the system, playing our favorite music, and have learned to work it perfectly. It is actually a very simple system to operate. What a great ambiance it creates for us and our family/friends when they are here with us.

Dave and Josh were very nice, knowledgeable, and clean about their work. The Bose in wall speakers work very well with my other Bose acoustic speakers. Also the all in one Harmony remote works very well with all my components. Dave and Josh went over the remote with me very knowledgeable about the Harmony remote.

It was very helpful to have a Best Buy consultant come to our home and see our situation before purchasing. He gave us ideas we didn't even know existed. We now have a home theatre system that we can add components to and take with us whenever we move. We actually saved money by having the in-home consult before purchasing.

Joe Wellman's awesome! Designed the HTS perfectly. He listens to your goals and plans and prepares the equipment and plans to your specifications and calmly provides his suggestions and expertise where needed. The more I researched the equipment's reviews, the more his choices were confirmed as best for my family.

The Geek Squad member that came to our house did the basic job, but should have asked a few more questions. For instance, we would have liked to know about sound bars for the TV we were mounting on the wall in a BIG room. AFTER the installation it was mentioned by the installers, and to purchase a sound bar would have required another installation visit and more money. had the initial consultant spoke about the possible need for a sound bar, I would have at least purchased the HDMI cable, had it installed, and made it easy for me to do the sound bar installation myself.

I requested a consultation for replacing a home theater setup. The consultant listened to my needs and recommended a new LCD projector, Receiver and DVD player within my budget. Best Buy also honored recent sales prices on components. I will update review after final installation if any changes.

The Best Buy team member helped me find the best modem and the Apple AirPort Express wireless router, which both work awesome throughout my entire house (5,000 sq. ft). The only difficult part of the set up was dealing with my cable internet provider to activate the modem... 90 minutes of bouncing around tech support.

Installation of the Sonos sound system was quick and easy. Instruction was profession and all inclusive for hardware and software. Speakers were placed in recommended locations. After listening to the system all speakers were placed in the perfect spots. Questions were addressed in an easy to understand manner.

After a few appointment glitches, we met Kabia and were very happy with his knowledge and patience in answering all our questions and concerns. Cannot wait to see the finished project and sit back and enjoy the TV. Then I will also review that experience which I hope will be as positive as my consultation with Kabia.

This service was OK, so I used it for a in-home consultation regarding a TV mount and TV purchase for a set up above a fireplace in the home. They came on time, but it took over two weeks with multiple phone calls and emails to get a copy of the report from the consultation. I feel like this could be a good service, but my experience was that it took a lot of legwork to get a basic report after the consultation.

I had Geek Squad member (Steve) come over from BB King of Prussia, he had some great suggestions, we went to the store after the consultation to order the products, it was a painless process. Steve was there on the day of the installation, and everything went through flawlessly. Extremely happy with the service.
