Does not deserve any stars. Quit working exactly 16 days after purchase. Shame on Best Buy for 1) selling junk and 2) Changing their return policy to only 15 days. Also, I do not recommend the 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. All that did for me was get a store credit for the cost of the item. No Refund and No Exchange.

Purchased this dehumidifier to use in the living room of my loft. It worked great for about a month and then it started leaking profusely from the bottom area around the back wheels. The unit is on a flat surface used according to guidelines and I have kept the filter cleaned and even attempted to troubleshoot the issue to no avail. The leak caused damage to my irreplaceable heart of pine floors and since the malfunction occurred outside the ‘generous’ two week return window, I am stuck with a brand new, non functioning machine.

Great For a big bathroom. I am happy with very happy this.

Works great. Was a little inconvenient, because the First one that came was broken, and I thought it was working ok until I woke up the next morning with water all over the basement. I had to repackage and go to ups to send back, but the new one came and it works great!! Things can happen, but in the end it’s definitely worth getting.
