The filter was easy to order when a replacement was needed. Does what it needs to do. Price was around others I found online. Maybe a couple of dollars cheaper online with another seller. But I try to take advantage of my bestbuy points, but that has now changed. So we will see about future orders and where i decide to purchase. Good product for LG refrigerator.

My LG air filter works very well. I have not had any major problems using the air filter, because it does work.

This filter fit just like the manual said it would. Helps filter out the stink of food that probably should have been thrown away in last week's garbage. Seems a little pricey I guess but it's the one I gotta buy so I'mma keep buying it.

Very easy to replace. Does a good job controlling odors. A bit pricey - especially when my fridge requires two different filters and they need to be changed twice a year. But, my fridge never stinks!

This item is Easy to install especially for someone like me. i like that the refrigerator gives you a notice that it is time to change it. I like this feature also because it is better than having to remember when to put a new box of baking soda in the refrigerator. I just put in the easy to install filter and done. No mess.
