    Easy to install, a little pricey, but that comes with the territory with an expensive LG fridge, however the filter works as advertised.

    I have not been able to remove old/original filter, very difficult to turn as directions describe. LG referred me to a service provider under the warranty but one provider refused to provide the service because LG is slow to pay and the second service provider did not return my phone calls. I believe the air filter is good and useful. I can tell the difference of having a functioning filter after it stopped working, but the high cost of replacement (every 6 or 7 months) is prohibitive for me.
