I love this movie, I first purchased it on vhs, then dvd and now blu-ray. I definitely recommend this film.

Old red and blue glasses version like back in 1982. The gimmick is okay if you don't have a 3D TV, but I do wish that Paramount would give us a real 3D version (made for 3D Blu-Ray players and 3DTV).

This movie is meant to be watched in 3-D and also comes with two pairs of the blue/red specs. If you're a fan of the series it's worth it just for that.

This is one of the greatest horror movies ever made..If you haven’t seen this what are you waiting for?

Who doesn't own Friday the 13th. 4,5,&6 will be added to my collection. Gotta love them.

What can you say it's a classic, in my opinion the best out of the series.

I have been waiting for years for this movie to come out in 3D so it can be seen the way it was meant to be seen. This movie worked well in 3D and had some great 3D killings that just looked cheesy in normal 2D. One scene that comes to mind is when Jason squeezes the guy's head and his eyeballs popped out of the movie screen. This is also the first of the Friday The 13th's where Jason starts wearing his infamous hockey mask. But why can't they give us fans the uncut director's cut with more gore that has been talked about for years???? Also they are releasing Friday the 13th Uncut and it is also on Blu Ray but the re-release of Part 2 and 3 are NOT uncut and NOT on Blu Ray. Part 2 and 3 have been remastered for Blu Ray as they are releasing Part 2 and 3 on Blu Ray in the UK, so why can't we also get Blu Ray versions of all 3 of the movies??? I wish they would just give us a definitive box set, all Uncut Director's Versions and all on Blu Ray but i don't see that happening anytime soon.

This Deluxe Edition of Friday the 13th Part 3 is the second sequel in the Friday the 13th series and is in 3D for the first time since theaters. It comes in 2D as well but i recomend you watch it in 3D to get the full experience. It is the only Friday the 13th movie to be in 3D to this day. However the most important and crucial thing with this movie is when Jason finally gets his Hockey Mask. It starts off with these young 20-or something kids going to a cabin in the Crystal Lake area, but what they don't know is Jason's waiting for them. The only continuity problem is that it is suppose to take place just a day after the events in Part 2 (Saturday the 14th??). This is a great buy and is loaded with tons of special features and comes with 2 pairs of 3D glasses. It is also a historical part of the Friday the 13th series. Complete your collection with... It's campy so don't expect the same level of horror from the previous. "3D". It will come with the 3D glasses so it does not require a 3D TV. Not great and has many moments set up to purposely use 3D, a bit overdone.

Classic horror film looks great in Blu Ray format.

if you have never seen the firday the 13th film it is a good horror movie, in my opinion one of the best horror series ever created. it is a great slasher series and i recommend all of parts 1-9, after jason takes manhatten the series went downhill with some outrageous dumb plot lines. i guess they are worth watching to say you watched them but i wouldnt recommend buying any past jason takes manhatten, which was my favorite. looking forward to seeing the remake though

this movie seriously rocks it is indeed very scary very intense jason just rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this whole movie rocks including the latest 2009 movie rocks also jason = the best of the best

almost perfect, great 3-d effects, it's an HD transfer with surround sound. i'd recommend it to any friday the 13th fan

Friday 13th part 3 scary but good a real good horror movie to watch at night with all the lights out
