works as it should, easy to install and runs quietly

It seems to be a great disposal. Fairly quick install. Its loud enough to know that its running but not annoyingly loud and am still able to converse with others in a different room while its runing so I think its a normal acceptable disposal sound. Arrived within 2 or 3 days of ordering.

It was easy to install. Needed plumbers putty no included. Runs bery quiet.

It works, grinds fast and gets the job done. Sounds like it cleans everythign out well. The noise doesn't bother me. I don't think it's crazy loud. It's only on for 30 seconds at a time anyway (if that). Meets my needs. Installation was superb. I'm happy.

This garbage disposal was the perfect replacement for my old broken one. It's smaller in size but has enough power to grind up everything. It was EZ to install, so if you are handy, you can do this yourself. It is a lot quieter than my previous unit and gets the job done.

It is quiet for a disposal and works well. It is frigidaire like all of my appliances so the sink hole ring says frigidaire and that's nice. Easy installation. It's great that the power cord is included!!

this is a very solid unit and not terribly noisy. our previous unit was a cheaper model and eventually rusted and leaked. this one should not because it is stainless. performance thus far has been terrific.

I couldn't be happier. Great price! Installation was high, so I hired an outside plumber for the installation for $85.00 instead of the higher amount from Best Buy. But, otherwise very happy with the purchase. Just hoping Best Buy will earn more customer trust by lowering installation prices. Thanks, Mark M.

Picked up as a replacement. This disposal has more power than my last but it is also louder than I prefer. Also has a tendency to make a clanking sound during initial power up which is not ideal. However, overall it works and does what it needs to do outside of those small issues.

I recently had to replace a builder's grade disposal that had been with the house since it was built in 2013. There was a hole in the bottom of it which caused a leak and rendered it useless. I found this model and had it installed by Geek Squad and it has worked like a charm for the last week or so. It has a little more power than my last one and it shows! It almost seems like the contents in the disposal are liquefied before moving it into the drain area, which is good for the drain! My last disposal left some larger objects, only partly ground, in the PVC pipes and they had to be removed manually. Time will tell how this one will hold up compared to the last, but with stainless steel parts in the chamber, this should last a lot longer than 5.5 years!

This disposal is light so it's easy to install but it really gets the job done totally destroys everything. A shot glass got in there accidentally and now it's gone. Good buy would recommend

Quiet and easy to install and I got it at the best price around.

This product comes pre-wired with a power cord. With a little "know-how" in basic wiring, I was able to remove the power cord and wire it directly like the one I replaced. Works fine - no louder than the average disposal.

Excellent disposal replaced a failing insinkerator. I love this unit. Quieter and powerful.
