I bought it on Jan 2018, stopped heating up last month. called customer service for warranty. Lied to me saying that best buy will exchange (lie), went to best buy and found out it was a lie. They told me they will find me a place to pick which I doubt they did, and finally they said they will send letter for the buyback a while ago which has never arrived. Basically watch out for Frigidaire company itself....

Worst microwave ever. Take 1:30 to heat pancakes from the refrigerator. 10 minutes for a 5 minute heat pad. The top of the microwave gets extremely hot (melted a chocolate bar). So I am scared it will cause a fire. Called Best Buy and they said you only have 15 day to return and we are 4 days past that. Have geek squad extend warranty so will be calling them. To much hassle for a microwave.

I purchased this microwave for my daughter for her college apartment. It's aesthetically pleasing-which first caught my attention ( Black Stainless and Black).However, the features kept my attention, and they are truly impressive!! Especially at this price! It has a lot of updated features that high end models don't even have yet. It's VERY user friendly. My daughter is extremely happy with it, she loves how well it works, and how easy it is to clean. Aesthetically pleasing-another great bonus! This microwave is definitely one you want to own. Great job Frigidaire!

I had been used to my old microwave that was basic and simple. This one, w/the temp sense was a pain at first but like anything else, you quickly learn plus there's a guide right inside the door with general sensor temp settings listed. It's pretty to look at too. I like that there's no door handle, just a smooth exterior.

It doesn't just beep once to let you know it's finished, it keeps beeping every few seconds until you cancel or open the door. It's very annoying to have to stop whatever you're doing to deal with it. There needs to be a way to opt out of that annoying beep!
