Posted .Hi TBone43 - based upon your description it sounds like you have not extended the feet/legs of the refrigerator such that the front is slightly higher than the rear. There are 2 adjustable feet on the front bottom.

It was severely damaged at one corner, looked like it was drop very hard. I did not open it until the office was ready. So, it was too late to return or to replace it when I found out …. I purchased thousands dollars of computers and electronic devices from BB for my new office. But, will go to another retailers from now on.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The temperature setting dial does not seem to affect how the fridge actually maintains temperature. The "freezer section" continuously drips water, even with temp setting at its highest. The fridge actually comes with a tray to collect the water, but the tray takes up the space under the freezer section on the shelf so that space cannot be used for food. The door shelf storage is held in place by a swiveling bar that flops down unless there is something large enough to hold it up, which means the door items are not held securely.
