Nice microwave, gets the job done, no convection feature

Again the price was high but I got this with a bundle purchase...First time having a over the stove microwave and it will save counter space.

I ad to replace my Samsung microwave after four years and since I will never buy Samsung appliances again (the dishwasher is horrible and smells all the time). The lines were close. I have only had it a few weeks but like how easy it is to use.

This microwave was easy to install and works very well so far. I love the easy guide inside door for cooking shortcuts. I do not however love the annoying beep that repeats itself far to many times in my opinion.

I bought this microwave to match the stove I purchased. It has basic functions that my cheeper model had. It has a 30 second interval quick access buttion for warming food or beverage. This is the function I use the most. I have used it for defrosting, and it does a decent job. It comes with an exaust fan and light to light your stove area. Stainless steel requires extra thought and care in making sure it does not get scratched. The installation went well and quick. The man did a good job

The quality of this model seems better than the previous version. The fan has two speeds which the previous model didn't have. At both speeds the fan is quieter. When running, the microwave itself is far quieter. The construction also seems to be of superior quality. The lines are clear and the door opens with less resistance than the door of the previous model. I would have given the this model five stars, but we've only had it for a month. Contact me in two years and I can tell you how good it really is.

The only reason I didn’t give the microwave five stars is because the buzzer that signals the end of the cooking cycle can’t be turned off or lowered. It’s annoying

We purchased this product because it was replacing another microwave in our home. Most of the other products we saw were 17 1/4 inches high and didn't fit since our kitchen is a bit older. This one is 16 1/4 and fit perfectly. We use the microwave mainly to make popcorn or to reheat and not to cook. We saw no difference in the size of the microwave despite the shorter height. The microwave heats and does everything very well. I'd recommend it especially if you need the shorter hight.

It warms up my food. Most food is better warm. Good product

I was replacing all appliances in the kitchen including the microwave over the stovetop. Very happy with my choice, easy to install, directions were easy to follow.
