I bought this to complete my small kitchen remodel. It compliments the matching stove and refrigerator. I bought stainless steel cleaner and microfiber rag to wipe off fingerprints. Got a great package deal. Very happy.

The three long beeps can get very annoying when you’re trying to get the rest of the meal together.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. I did extensive research to find a great over the range microwave that I chose this one based on the reviews. Unfortunately for me my experience was not as positive as others and I wanted you to know about that when choosing your next purchase. Best Buy does not back their products very well the technician that I spoke to told me that they buy items in bulk and cannot be responsible for a faulty items. Since this is in the first year I contacted Frigidaire who send out a technician that manage to dismounts the unit from the back wall mount bracket and then try to blame my wife saying that it was like that when he arrived which is not true. Now Frigidaire is saying that a new Fyuse needs to be ordered from North Carolina and the technician cannot come back until 10 days. In the meantime I have a 20-month-old child who needs more milk multiple times a day and a way of healing it up in that is besides the fact that we have Thanksgiving next week and our hosting family here I hope you don’t have the same experience as me but I hope that this rating gives you some insight into what you could be dealing with.

Replaces older Frigidaire..Great value for the price. Purchased for rentals. At this price range they are all basically the same quality more or less.

This was a replacement for the same brand microwave. The microwave it replaced seemed to be a bit better overall.

This unit is replacing a GE unit that only lasted 2 years. Went with this brand because dishwasher lasted so long.

This microwave is very powerful. Need to adjust the settings depending on what you are warming up.

I was greeted respectful and the salesman was able to locate the item I needed and was very helpful on getting it loaded. I would recommend the appliance department for your next big kitchen item.

Overall a good microwave. 1 star taken off because the stainless is not smudge proof like advertised.

Works great, but the edges o. The door are sharp and can cause you to scrap or cut yourself if your not careful

Looks nice, works great and the zero clearance door was essential for our kitchen location above the stove.
