    It used to be nice the delivery guys would call the nite before and give you estimated time and then call 1/2 hour or so before they would come. NOW You text be there at 7 a m to 1:00. And wait... Your guys don’t even start till 9:00 or after so why tell me to go there at 7! Anyway last time delivery guys called me at 12:56 and arrived about 1:25 p m Rushed in and out which was ok. BUT I bought 4 microwaves (opened packages 3 were in boxes) When they came not in boxes, inside glass trays and turn things were gone and one had the front glass cracked! They were a deal but didn’t turn out that way. Next time I’ll make your guys wait till I inspect them before they leave. Your salespeople st the store are very nice to work with.

    I use the microwave daily to heat water. It is placed above my oven and found the fan is a little weak. The buttons on the panel sometimes have to be selected multiple times before the button is selected. FYI The model above this one has a 50% increase in CFM.
