Poor quality of Frigidaire

They do not last more than 12 months and my last one started not to work 4 months after purchase. Electroluxe/Frigidaire does not live up to the warranty of 12 months. They try to replace major parts when a repair person said this was defective and should be replaced.

Do NOT buy this MW
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this MW in Sep '17. In Jan '20 it just stopped working. It lasted less than 2-1/2 yrs and I am only 1 person using it. I called the BB store where I purchased it, and since I did not have the extended warranty, they could not help me. Frigidaire customer service was not worth the effort contacting. They had tons of similar complaints on the Frigidaire/Electrolux website. Unfortunately for me I have a kitchen filled with Frigidaire appliances. I will never purchase another Frigidaire or Electrolux product again. They might look nice but I think they're junk. My stove which I purchased along with this MW clinks and clanks like I've never heard before. I fear it will be the next thing in my kitchen to go. Buyer Beware.

Junk Appliance Reflects Demise of Cust Service

Eventually it would trip the circuit breaker immediately every time we tried to use it. That's not the big issue though: Do you want to buy an appliance from a company that does not stand behind its products? There is clearly a major flaw in the design of this appliance, and people are complaining in the only places they can. Frigidaire's response is an auto-generated message pointing you to a phone number. Try calling that number before buying ANY Frigidaire appliance. You will be on hold for.ev.er.

poor quality

Not bad but have had better
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Recent purchase. Quality of door and fan seem inferior to prior brands I have owned (eg, Samsung). Also the stainless steel finish smudges VERY easily and is not so easy to wipe off.

DIED LESS THAN 2 YEARS

I was heating up leftovers and it started to spark with static then the whole unit went dark with a strong burnt smell. I checked the outlet and there is power, but the whole microwave just stopped working. I'm very disappointed with Frigidaire. Never again will I buy a Frigidaire brand!!!
