I really love the roominest inside the microwave. Lots of features. The fact that it doesn't have a additional shelf is okay with me because I never used the one in my old microwave. Haven't been able to figure out what I'm missing in setting up the clock but it's ok, I have others to look at.
I would recommend this to a friend

I purchased this on 6/6. Its been on delay since. Ive tried to cancel online. The cancel button is grayed. I called and talked to customer service yesterday and said please cancel because I found another one. I was put on hold. She came back and said it was canceled. I just now checked. Well, its still on my account. Whats the problem? You don't think waiting for over 30 days and holding up my money isn't enough?

Works great cooks very fast, easy to install, I did it by myself but would have been a lot easier with two people.
