    I really love the roominest inside the microwave. Lots of features. The fact that it doesn't have a additional shelf is okay with me because I never used the one in my old microwave. Haven't been able to figure out what I'm missing in setting up the clock but it's ok, I have others to look at.

    I purchased this on 6/6. Its been on delay since. Ive tried to cancel online. The cancel button is grayed. I called and talked to customer service yesterday and said please cancel because I found another one. I was put on hold. She came back and said it was canceled. I just now checked. Well, its still on my account. Whats the problem? You don't think waiting for over 30 days and holding up my money isn't enough?

    The vent is not sucking up the heat when one is cooking and it’s making area extremely hot!

    Ordered a microwave and received a message from best buy that delivery was quoted and set for between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Jan 15th. No a.m. call. At noon I called bestbuy and was told it was backordered until February. They didn't bother to notify me that the delivery was cancelled.

    bought it due to looks and low price. yes, it heats up the food, but the clock does not stay on. repeated service calls only to be told that frigidaire does not believe in keeping the clock on. the instructions in the owner's manual, and the on/off setting on the clock button do not work as stated. i wish i never bought it.
