The fact that it doesn't have a additional shelf is okay with me because I never used the one in my old microwave. Haven't been able to figure out what I'm missing in setting up the clock but it's ok, I have others to look at.

Ive tried to cancel online. The cancel button is grayed. I called and talked to customer service yesterday and said please cancel because I found another one. I was put on hold. She came back and said it was canceled. I just now checked. Well, its still on my account. Whats the problem? You don't think waiting for over 30 days and holding up my money isn't enough?
