Known Defect with Frigidaire Microwaves

There is a known defect in these ovens and is precisely why I am here shopping for microwaves. There are faulty door switches that when failing cause the home breaker to trip. Upon research I have learned this is a common problem with the Frigidaire microwaves. Not sure how these are receiving such high ratings. It worked fine for a couple years...until it didn't. Very disappointed to learn of this common problem.

Special little footnote in the instructions. It says you can buy the kit from whirlpool, but it doesn’t show up on their website. Have to order it third party
