My old microwave was the original microwave that came with the house (30 years old). So it was time for a new microwave. I choose this microwave for its stainless steel and black trim to match my other appliance. I was very surprised at how quiet it is compared to my old microwave. There is plenty of room to heat up large portions of food. The bottoms are seem less with quick button options for different types of food. This was a very good buy!

Purchased almost 3 years ago now and not a single problem. Very happy with it.

Originally purchased a Samsung as a package for all four kitchen appliances. Once installed D, I was not able to open thedoor as the hinges were up against a wall. The installer had no knowledge about this and refused to take it back. No one at Best Buy had knowledge of this issue. I was forced to research and find a model that would work. A young man at Home Depottold me the FrigidIaire would work. It isn’t as large and doesnt have all the feAtures of the Samsung, but the door does open. Buyers should be aware of this issue.

Great price on a Frigidaire quality over the range Microwave. Has nice feature for turning off beeping alerts if you don't want them. Easy to use panel and good size turntable. Was easy to install. Had for several months with no issues.

replaced a 20 year old Frigidaire that finally gave up the ghost (good track record). New tech uses less wattage yet heats up better! It's a great micro. The installer you sent was awesome. Prompt, professional and did a great job.

My new Frigidaire Microwave oven is the perfect replacement for the Frigidaire Microwave that stopped working after only 5 years. It fits perfectly in the opening. No issues with the installer who was very efficient.

Fantastic! Exactly what we needed. All the features, the “programmability” of some like beep volume level, are great. Heats food/drink better than our last. My kids and wife kept commenting about the bright light and being able to see what we’re cooking underneath, too.

The Frigidaire 1.8 Cu. Ft. over the range microwave has given us a better performing microwave that works quieter than the Frigidaire that it replaced.

Replaced a nine year old over the range Frigidaire which wasn’t functioning properly. Mounting bracket was slightly different but not a big issue. The microwave seems to work well hopefully it will work longer than the last one.

I dont like how the door swings and then stops suddenly, and it beeps loud to close together after it runs out of time. However it is the quietest microwave I have ever owned. The light is great too.
