When I requested service… the tech told me the stove would have to be replaced…. The customer service offered me a replacement delivery 6 weeks from now… I need a working stove NOW. its already be a month since purchase

Instructions note “ wait 8-10 minutes for oven to preheat”. You must use an oven thermometer to know when desired temperature is reached. I think this flaw should be addressed.
