It's working well at keeping my living room cool. I was told I needed 12,000 BTU to keep the area cool but this 10,000 BTU unit is doing the job. When I keep it running for hours, it cools down other rooms too. The only drawback is that it was a bit complicated to install so I had to pay Geek Squad to do it.

I live where delivery cost 5o get things you want or need. I did not think I would find a unit that was the BTU'S I WANTED. and not pay for it twice cost plus delivery. Impressive best buy bringing an AC with free delivery. And best of all its truly quite enough my neighbors dont call and complain. 100. Fines And it does keep it cool. Im extreamly satisfied with the purchase.

I had the 6k BTU model of this unit for 2 years and recently upgraded to this 10k BTU one because it was on sale. It's significantly larger/heavier than the 6k. If you're a small person or live alone it's something to think about when installing or removing it for seasonal purposes. Great product though! Been very happy with it. I should note I'm cooling a ~1200 sq foot house (1 story) with one. I have a series of fans set up to push the air around but it's working!

When the unit was shipped to me, it was missing one of the pieces that connects the side panels to the unit. Best Buy couldn't do anything about it so I had to contact Frigidaire directly for them to send the part. The good news is they shipped it out for free, the bad news is that they refused to overnight it and it took a week to arrive. The unit cools the area pretty well. The temperature I set it at isn't the temperature it cools the room to, but once you get that figured out, you can decipher what set temp will get you what you need.I haven't tried the timer settings so I can't speak to those. It's fairly quiet so that's a good thing. Overall, it works.

I replaced a unit that was more than 20 years old. This new one is so much quieter and really puts out cold air. I also like the eco features.

I had to purchase 2 of these units online due to not having a car to fit them in. Both of them were delivered damaged, I have made at least 5-6 phone calls to best buy to have them come to pick them up get my credit and purchase 2 others at the store with the help from a friend with a SUV. Its been almost 2 weeks and I am still waiting for UPS to come and get them. I had purchased them at a cheaper price online and now they are about $50 more for the same unit in the store. I am so disgusted right now and it is about 95 degrees out and my apartment is hot as heck. VERY DISAPPOINTED with Best Buy right now!! PS> If you order it online you cant return it to a store!!

I got this for using on my living room which is over 400 ft and it cools pretty good

The unit's alright. Doesn't seem to cool exactly 450 sq ft, but it does an okay job for the bedroom in my apartment. .Don't expect much from it if you keep it on economy mode. Especially during 90+ degree weather. The remote is handy and you can change the settings from a pretty far distance if you aim it correctly. Plus the filter is washable so you don't have to pay for replacements. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and am grateful to have my home cooler this summer.

Frigidaire is a quality and reliable a/c window unit. Economy mode and sleep button work well.Bought it for a medium room and worked as promised by manufacturer.

This a/c is very quiet and does a great job on cooling my big living room.

This AC is just what i needed, got it in my bedroom which is pretty big, i haven't hit the high level yet because its tooooo cold!!!

We've only been using this unit for about a week, but so far have found it to be quiet but powerful, cooling our room quickly.

I needed a new AC that would fit into my window and staff at BB were very helpful an knowledgeable. I ordered my product at the store and it came in on time. very convenient pickup, I was notified promptly.

A bit noisy but if you learn to block it out it is fine, this a/c does the job well, the room quickly cools the energy saver thermostats works well, a reasonable temp for me is no more than 72 and no less than 70, at 70 I find myself freezing at 72 it is perfect. The geek squad installed it and did a great job am thankful for their professional support and help as I am not savvy with putting an a/c properly in the window and sealing its best to let the experts handle.

Good and reliable Window A/C. The timer and economy buttons work great and are a plus.

Just purchased and installed this AC unit. Overall it works great and keeps our front room and dining room cool. It is pretty loud if you're near it, and in Econ mode (the default mode it runs in) the temperature fluctuates wildly as it turns itself off and back on to cool the room down again, so beware of that. Otherwise, works as intended.
