But it wasn't what we were looking for. It makes ice really fast and works well. We were looking for something that made ice and filtered water so my elderly mother didn't have to make ice cubes and buy bottled water. It does NOT filter the water as was told to us during an online chat with BestBuy. And the ice melts and is reused to make more ice if you aren't using it constantly. So not for long term use.

Good price for what it can do

The only draw back is adding water to the tank. There is a side door that you have to open and fill the tank with a 20 oz. cup, one cup at a time! No way you going to fill it with a pitcher. I should give it three stars because of this. I find it better than our previous ice maker that would not keep up with ice making, that's why I give it four stars.

Great backup icemaker

It advertises to make 26 lbs of ice per 24 hour period and I would say that is accurate. The only thing I wish it had was an option to hook up to my reverse osmosis line. Filling manually is not a big deal however considering the economical cost.

It does’nt change the size of the ice even though that option is there. I will still give it 5 stars because it works well just like the fast food restaurant and I have no regrets. I would purchase this again

It barely makes enough ice to fill one large glass.. is reads 11’’ 26 - Lb. Icemaker. I thought it meant it made 26 pounds of ice not that the machine was 26 pounds.. Very misleading I would never recommend this to anyone. Linda Fox

The product push out a great amount of ice quickly. I also, felt the water dispenser was gave a great filter taste.

Purchase Best buy ESP at time of purchase just in case such issues arose. Best buy did not fix leak just replaced unit, exercising ESP 3 year warranty completely. Needed to buy new ESP .
