We bought freezer as Christmas gift for son & daughter-in-law. Thought it was a great price. Delivery time worked out very well. Only glitch was that the freezer had a slight dent on the side. But, it was at the back of the freezer & not noticeable at all. We were given the opportunity to get another freezer or 10% of price of freezer returned to us. We chose the latter. So, we were happy & so were the kids! Overall, a nice experience & would definitely shop with Best buy again. Thanks!

Pretty pleased with this purchase. It is just the right size and the price was decent. It holds everything I want it to. It seems to be a little noisy but nothing out of the ordinary I guess. I'm still glad I purchased it.

Love it because of its size and it is frost free. However it is VERY noisy, glad it is in the garage.

I am 95% pleased with this freezer. It looks great, works great, has sufficient storage space and best of all has very easy access. I no longer have to hang on the side with my feet flopping in the air above my head. The only thing I would change is making them like the old days so the door can open to right or left as it would be a little more convenient if my door opened to the left. I only hope it lasts as long as my Frigidaire chest freezer which is 22 yrs. old and still running great, I just couldn't hang upside down anymore!

I purchased the upright freezer for my basement - it's the perfect size - doesn't take up too much room. I also like the lit interior ( something my old freezer did not have.) It is new ( I've only had it about a month or so) but so far, I'm very pleased.

Needed a replacement freezer since our old one quit. This one was easy to set up and holds a lot of product. Jammed in 280 lbs of hamburger plus a fresh butchered pig with no problems.

Love this freezer. I purchased a 1/4 of beef and needed extra freezer storage. This size was just perfect and it holds a great deal of food. The door closes securely and it stays nice and cold.

Purchased this at a Best Buy Appliance Outlet store; it was very dinged up, but we got it more than half off, so we couldn't complain- it was just going in the basement. I am shorting it 1 star only because it's fairly noisy. We have been using it only for a month, so I really can't complain yet.

The only problem I have with this Freezer is the noise. Its very noisy when running, its not suitable for a kitchen unless you don't mind the noise. If I had a another choice I would probably buy a different brand next time.

Since that's all I could come up with for a negative , it's clear that I'm pleased with this freezer. I just needed or rather wanted something for overflow and to be able to take advantage of good sales. Perfect size. Seems reliable and bonus.....self defrosting. Absolutely no complaints

Shelves on doors and in main compartment are at convenient height and provide easy access and allow for a variety of package sizes. Interior light illuminates interior nicely. Only drawback is that compressor isquite noisy and obtrusive when it is cycling.

it is a good frezzer for want we need it has a light which my other one did not have it is self defrosting

This was a perfect size, holds everything we need it to. Delivery was perfect. Couldn't ask for more.

We used to own a chest freezer, which made it very difficult to reach for items on the bottom of the freezer. We also realized that it could be very dangerous for our children to reach down into the freezer, fearing the lid may slam down on them. We replaced our chest freezer with an upright unit, which opens up like a normal fridge. Food items are easily accessible. No more worries of dangers to anyone using it. It also takes up less room in our garage.

Overall a good freezer with sufficient space. Movable shelf dividers would be very useful in organizing the contents.

Great price and a nice size. Frost free is a nice feature. Just plug it in and use it.
