So far the freezer is working very well. My only complaint is my own fault. I should have gone with a 15 cubic foot instead of 13. I particularly like the way to set the temperature. It is a readable dial with choices. Nice baskets and good shelving. Wide enough, but depth is a bit shallow for longer items that then have to be put in sideways. It is like putting books in a bookcase sideways. But again, that is on me for not getting the 15 cf instead of the 13.

Our 20 cu ft model was only able to get to about 20-25 °F after many years or great service in a rather hot garage environment. This was the only freezer I could find in the area that could be delivered within the month. The green power light is easy to see to know that the freezer is working. I was looking for one with a power indicator since the GFCI outlet will sometimes trip on this shared circuit. The interior is well lit to easily help you find items. So far I have been happy with it for the month I have had it.

This freezer is exactly what I needed to handle the overflow from my fridge freezer in the kitchen. Fits nicely in my laundry room. Perfect size for my needs. It was delivered 3 weeks ago and so far no issues or complaints. After it was first plugged in the sides got really hot to the touch and I thought there was a problem, but once it reached the proper temperature the the sides cooled down.

Nice sze for my needs. Everythng is great except one thing could be better. Non-boxed freezer irems will tend to slide off shelves as you stack higher. Therefore baskets are needed to maxmise storage space above each shelf (when storing non boxed or non-flat items).

Freezer is great size and it was at temperature very quickly. The alarm on door is a nice feature.

We debated on getting a chest freezer verses an upright and we happily made the best choice for our family. This is a great smaller freezer. Best of all - not all small freezers are frost-free. This one is!

Great Freezer, I believe its medium sized, but it was the only one available when I needed one. Only drawback is that there is no lock to it and interior lights are only on the inside top panel. Other than that, it works great and we like it.
