The delivery team were great & very effecient. Best Buy had the lowest price on this model.

Best Buy customer service made the return an absolute breeze!

I love that it comes with a green indicator light that let's you know when the freezer is properly closed. As well as an indication sound/alarm to alert you when it's open.

Nice freezer at Best Buy

At the recommended settings it keeps foods solidly frozen. It was very noisy the first week or two but has settled down to being a great buy. I would recommend this product but be patient for it to not be so noisy. Great brand and really great product at Best Buy.

I am very happy with this product although the cord is on the short side. I got that problem taken care of.

Perfect Extra Storage

It is great for all of the volume items I make --- chili, chicken soup, spaghetti sauce, etc. At the holidays, I stored 36 dozen Christmas cookies.
